Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The design and colors are quite calming. We got a free cot for our infant. Spacious apartment and nice balcony on the 2nd floor. Spacious bathroom. Convenient pool bar for hanging out and drinking. Great value for price. Good kitchen amenities so we could save on money for breakfast and dinner.

The doors are kinda noisy so sometimes it woke up our baby. Noisy curtain sliders as well. No separating door for the shower so it would splash out onto the bathroom floor. Could not control the thermostat because it was locked for central control.

Big high ceiling apartments which were extremely clean and spacious.

Food stops being served at 3pm and bar shuts at 6pm. It would have been nice if both stayed open 2hrs extra, Food till 5pm and bar till 8pm as it would be great to land back from beach or shop etc and be able to sit out and relax there

Very accessible,easy to locate apartment. The flat was well cleaned and ready for occupants, the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well organised , but there was no oven just a microwave. clean sheets and towels once in 2 days. the swimming pool was clean,neat and very good size with appropriate amenities. the pool bar was excellent.overall we had an enjoyable stay here. the staff including the receptionist was very helpful and infomative. certainly i would recommend to everyone.5-10 minute walk from the beach with excellent afforable restaurants. there is a LIDL nearby for all shopping.adequate free street car parking all around the apartment.

We loved our stay, the pool area was great, only one block away from the beach (down a big hill) hipodino around the corner. Pool was lovely and warm, shower was excellent, pool bar with drinks and food (milkshakes, ceaser salads, hotdogs) was very nice, there was a Nespresso machine in apartment and capsules available at reception (I brought my own) very secure location and easy access after hours. We were able to leave our luggage there after check out, overall a great experience!!

Wonderful short break for half term in Peurto Del Carmen, Apartment was spacious and comfortable, everything was laid on for what was required. Shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom as well as full range of cutlery and plates. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool although on a couple of days they were rather short in supply.

My only grumble was on one day a couple of families reserved a total of 10 sunbeds and promptly went out not returning until after 2pm. Despite being warnings stating towels would be removed they were left in place by management.

Lovely clean property, this was our second time staying here. Pool area lovely and easy to get a lounger but not too many umbrellas if you need the shade you may get out early Pool bar had drinks and snacks available and staff friendly Got a massage from a company linked with the property in my apartment was delightful would defo recommend Great having a few English tv channels

Very annoying having the two single beds as a couple and the sheets aren’t really suitable to turn side ways to join the beds Could be more entertainment provided around the pool area ie music or live musicians Snacks were a little pricey but fine Only a small thing but I think washing up liquid should be provided and also a small dustpan and brush Downside of this accommodation is the trip up and down cardiac hill but average fitness gurus can manage handy enough ..

Our stay at Guinate was excellent. The staff were all friendly and extremely pleasant and helpful, but a special shout out has to go to Jose (Reception), nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartments were very clean with regular towel and linen changes. Plenty of sunbeds to go round and the Bar Pool/Cafe was excellent with a good choice of snacks and drinks

Good location, only a short walk to the main drag of bars and restaurants (hill coming back is very steep), reception staff were very attentive and helpful as were the cleaning staff. Poolside was clean and could always get a sun bed as was usually very quiet which we liked.

Through no fault of their own we did have to spend the first night in another apartment due to a leak in some other apartments resulting in guest having to have our room. The other apartment complex was not very pleasant, room smelt of stagnant water which was probably to do with the awful shower. The staff back at guinate couldn’t do enough for us though on our return and threw in breakfast everyday and left some win in our room as an apology. So nothing essentially wrong with this property, but did put a bit of a downer on our first day.

Short ride from the airport. Very friendly team at reception and at the bar who couldn't do enough for you. Apartments we're immaculate.

Slightly up hill from main street of restaurants which may be a challenge for those with mobility issues however no issue for us. If a taxi was needed they were very cheap and reliable.

Beautiful pool and bar area. Plenty of space. Enough sunbeds. Lovely staff

A sponge and washing up liquid would be so welcomed and a rack to let dishes dry. Would have loved a stove pot also. Not mad about nespresso machines
