My first room was great everything was nice perfect clean and decent they did a great job on that one

I had two rooms from two bookings the first one was perfect the second one had an dog smell when you walked in and the floor wasn't really clean and the sheets were dirty, I kept seeing somebody else's hair on the bed and I know it wasn't mine All My children anyway other than that it's a decent place to stay I'm going to blame that particular room for not being tidy and I'm going to blame the maid for not cleaning it properly but other than that the hotel is clean it was just that room my first one was perfect I had no complaints

The staff was very nice. In friendly and helpful, the facility was pretty quiet. I really liked Veronica She was amazing.

I have to say it could have been a lot cleaner. But I just went and got stuff to clean it myself. I really hated the idea that I barely had hot water to shower. But I would definitely go back and stay again.

Room was nice. Area was nice.

Checking in after 11p with the virtual kiosk is disappointing when they have issues with the card reader and cash machine. The guy working that night had 10 people in line and didn’t even help or assist in anyway. I had 2 kids waiting to get into a room and it took 2 hours to finally get a key after getting cash out after the card wasn’t working and then the cash not working to where I had to get another card and pay for it that way. It was a mess.

Nice clean room, good pool and facilities. Staff generally helpful and nice, good location.

Shower was extremely leaky and disturbed sleep, wasn't able to fix it. Also the off-site concierge assistant was pretty rude telling me I couldn't wait in the lobby for 5 minutes during the night.

The view of the area was beautiful and the pool setting was great I loved it.

Anyone could get in your room when I paid for 2 rooms. Someone was in the bed when we came back from the hard Rock casino. They had to move me to another room. That was scary and you couldn't sleep from the noise the other guess was making. Over all it a clean and great place.

I enjoyed the quietness and my rm was clean and house keeping staff are wondful parking is available pool was clean as well I would stay here again

Maintenance took for ever to come and fix my air-conditioning I complained about it the first night they didn't come until the day before I was leaving and if they changed my room I had to pay extra and to top it off I'm disabled and I requested to be accommodation the staff told me I had to extra and the rooms had double beds I only need one bed the hotel needs to have stand up showers in there single rooms for disabled guests

Looked like a resort around the pool! Room was very clean! No bugs no mold.

No shuttle, there’s even a sign saying shuttle pickup. Lack of towels. I use booking.com and put in every person with age for the 3 kids so 5 in total and the lady at the front desk said, I can’t give you more towels bc you’re only down for two people.

Me and my wife had a great stay friendly housekeepers friendly staff all together great location

The bed we had was a king size bed and was a little bit hard with the springs other than that great stay

Location is close to several business, rooms was spacious. Plenty towels, fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and the best part was the air conditioner which is central with a console inside the room, which kept room at desire temperature.

The only disvantage was the people that wander, at some point, one person's reservation was cancel and they had to call police on him cause he stated yelling and thread the guy on front desk. The bath was burned need to be change

The pool the fact that there is a smoking area but you're not completely excluded off the property because you smoke but there is a restaurant nearby and some of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

What I didn't like was air conditioner not working as well on one side of the building because I have stayed there in the past on the other side and had wonderful air conditioning other than that everything was okay I wish they would serve breakfast there but everything else was just fine
