Clean, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped (kitchen annex) room. Surrounded by new - modern architecture that replaced the old docks/industrial land. Options of trains and metro makes it convenient to reach any place in CPH (after a 9 min walk...)

Breakfast... very limited selection of food (in both parts of the complex: Residence Inn and hotel (Fairfield by Marriott)... very little number of tables in the breakfast area (Residence Inn part)... Obviously if you go for the kitchen and self catering not an issue :-)

Breakfast was nice, enough choices for different tastes. When we were there the breakfast buffet had scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, pancakes, different kinds of breads, cheese, butter, cereals, yoghurt, tomato, red pepper and cucumber, etc. Coffee and tea was available throughout the day in the lobby. Room was clean and had everything you would need (except maybe slippers). There was a mini dishwasher, toast machine, electrical stove, cooking knives, bottle opener, cutlery, all kinds of glasses and cups, nespresso machine and an iron. Toiletries were good quality. The view from the room was nice, you can see part of the harbor from the big windows. Free laundry and fitness rooms were a plus. Room temperature was good. Metro station was not far. 3-4 stations to the city center by metro. There are 3 big supermarkets, cafes and restaurants close-by.

Everything was fine. Generally receptionist offer more information at the check-in about the hotel and the city, but it is not a big problem.

Very clean, spacious studio room, comfortable bed, lovely sea view, great gym, great breakfast and great location away from the centre but easy to travel in with lots of restaurants and places to have a drink if you don’t want to get the metro into the centre.

On Saturday night going into Sunday morning at about 2am there was real loud music that sounded like it was coming from the other side of the dock. Not sure how long it lasted as managed to fall back asleep but that was the only negative I can think of and wasn’t the hotel’s fault! Only reason we gave it a 9/10 instead of a 10/10

It is a perfect little hotel, with brand new rooms and an excellent staff. Bhawna in reception was particularly helpful, and Olivia too. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and quality food. The room was pristine, very clean, and it had a small kitchen, well equipped. It even had a dishwasher and they offer free washing machines for your laundry in each floor. The metro is a short stroll in a beautiful new neighbourhood and there are two supermarkets within a two minutes walk. We had a lovely time and most definitely recommend. We will most certainly be back.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The accommodation felt very new and was nicely decorated. I found the staff really excellent - they really welcomed me and helped with any enquiries I had. Breakfast was tasty and had lots for vegetarians, which I appreciated. The location is not the most central but there are nice coffee shops and spots to relax nearby, and you’re well connected to the rest of the city. All in all I would probably stay here again, although it being priced slightly lower would feel like better value relative to other options nearby.

I found it frustrating that I often had to wait a very long time for the lift as there was only one. When it did come, it was very often filled with cleaners and cleaning trolleys going in the wrong direction… the hotel really needs a service lift for customers’ convenience. The only other bugbear was not enough seating for breakfast… I struggled to find a seat both days. Perhaps this was just because it was busy for the Copenhagen marathon.

I loved being able to use the facilities in the room especially because the kitchen was complete even with utensils, microwave, fridge, glasses, plates, and bowls. I also appreciated the TV that was very modern, the room was very spacious, and everything was so clean. I also loved that there are three supermarkets within walking distance. There was also a washing machine and dryer available per floor, which we can use for free! Super helpful

It’s a little bit far from the main city center which meant needing a commute but we resolved this by using small city passes. It was very convenient to commute to the city anyway, and the area where the hotel is in is also very clean and seems like is an upscale neighborhood, which made it fun to explore as well. I definitely felt super safe!

I enjoyed it very much! The view on the sea was perfect even in winter. Room was warm and clean, well-equipped. As a nice little bonus we had tea and coffee there to warm us up :) Breakfast was tasty. For its money we were totally satisfied.

It is impossible to use Chromecast due to internal network settings. Modern phones do not support direct connection to the port within a public network. We spent quite a while attempting to make it work. Eventually, we found a thread on Reddit stating that this issue has been persistent for Marriott hotels for over five years, and it seems like no one has tried to solve it. :(

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The staff at the reception were incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel welcome from the very start. The rooms were wonderful—spacious, well-equipped with everything you might need, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel offers all the necessary amenities, including a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. A special highlight was the ability to enjoy coffee throughout the day; their cappuccino and hot chocolate were simply excellent! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay. I can’t wait to come back!

New hotel with great service. 5 mins walk to metro or 10 to S-train and you are in the city center in 10 mins. Several supermarkets nearby, lots of local small restaurants and cafes. Fresh breakfast, not very big variety of food but you always can find warm eggs and sausages great choice of oatmeal and adds, can make toasts and waffles. Towels changed daily if needed.

The price could be lower, but per Denmark rates it was not so terrible) The additional mattress was too soft but overall the bed was comfy.

Great location: the best neighbourhood! The views from the window (if you pay a bit more) are really like being on the boat!!! For me this is the best part!! I even had a feeling that I want to stay more just to enjoy this room! After you have everything else you would expect: super fruendly staff, all clean and comfortable, everything working, indirect light in the room, very nice setup, great breakfast, facilities... all met and exceeded..
