The room was a good size and well equiped. There was a small outside sitting area which also opened onto a nice grassed garden area. We had a small dog so this was an excellent adjunct to the room. The small kitchen was equiped with a microwave and half size fridge. There is a service station across the road which can be handy for travellers and Town Beach is only about 5 minutes walk away.

The motel is on a road that is a thorough fare for getting to the southern beaches so there is regular traffic, but the rooms were quite well insulated so that didnt interfere with our comfort or sleep when the doors were closed.

Outstanding 5 🌟 customer service with beautifully furnished Pet-friendly rooms. Well maintained gardens and very inviting pool area. Motel is located within walking distance to restaurants, glorious beaches, and local takeaways. Amazing Pizza takeaway place only 100metres down the street. Would highly recommend Town Beach Motel Inn as their accommodation & customer service is 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Only a small suggestion The Installation of divider fences in the grassed area of the Dog-friendly rooms. This would enable Guests to allow their pets to remain outside during the day and or nights.

I like the balcony with fly screen door, the pool and the well maintained garden. The whole complex is meticulously maintained. Bed was comfortable. Lounge area and well equipped kitchen was great. There was a very thorough compendium supplied with a 7 day suggested itinerary. We chose one of the walks from that information and it was terrific. This is a very easy place to stay and much better than other motor inns I have stayed at in Port Macquarie.

Only small negative is a gardener starting a trimmer at 8 am. We would have liked a sleep in after a long day driving.

Clean and spacious room with chairs and table and sofa, spacious kitchen bench and sink includes tea towel. Toaster, microwave and jaffle maker also included. Good size garbage bin. Good size fridge. Space on bathroom bench for toiletries. Balcony with chairs and tabled accessed by sliding glass door, means good ventilaiton for the room and a nice area to sit and read or have a wine or two... Pretty garden area with covered area and pool. A nice touch was a suggested itinerary in the welcome folder, for 2 or more day stays.

Minor complaint, we found the tv remote hard to use, could not lower the volume to less than 15. Complicated to change channels on free to air.

Absolutely loved our stay here — this hotel is an absolute gem! Incredible value for money with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. The room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully appointed with little extras like a handy cutlery box, which came in super useful. The bed was unbelievably comfy, and the soundproofing was spot-on — we slept like babies! The staff were beyond helpful and genuinely warm, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A huge bonus for us was how pet-friendly the place is — our furry friend was just as spoiled as we were! Just make sure you let them know about your pet when making the booking The gardens are immaculate, clearly cared for with love, and the sparkling pool was the perfect place to unwind each afternoon. You also can’t beat the location — close to everything yet so quiet. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which made things super easy. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. If you’re after comfort, convenience, and next-level hospitality, this is the place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

This little Motor Inn was truly a relaxing lovely stay. The staff are gracious, helpful, and welcoming My room was spacious and super spotlessly clean. The bed mattress was incredibly comfortable with soft cosy sheets. The shower was hot with great water pressure. This motel was quiet, didn't hear a peep with the balcony door closed, even with full occupancy. The courtyard garden and lawn are well maintained. This is an older motel but well maintained and fresh in appearance. Definitely great value for money being so close to the beach and town. Definitely one to return to for a longer stay.

This place is a little gem. We received a warm and genuine welcome from the (relief) manager, Anna. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The motel is in lovely, well kept grounds and is a relaxing place to stay. It's well located for the beach, and near local amenities (would recommend the pizza place and fish and chip shop just around the corner). This does mean that there is some traffic noise during the busy commuter periods but it's fairly short lived and quiet at night 🌙

An older style motel in a great location. Greeted with a friendly welcome on arrival and the room room was spotless. Each room has a balcony or access to the garden. A small swim pool is located a the front of the motel for warm days. Town centre is just a few minutes walk away.

Nothing that comes to mind. The property is comfortable, clean and in my opinion very good value for money when compared to similar properties in the area.

Very friendly welcome on check-in. Off street parking (a couple of covered spots but mostly uncovered). Clean and comfortable room. Close to bowling club and town beach, a couple of minutes' drive into town. Would stay here again.

Fan in bathroom VERY noisy when first turned on. Several doors didn't close properly (including my bathroom door)... not sure if the recent wet weather might have had something to do with it. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A great place to stay , best place we stayed on this holiday. The room was spotless, the swimming pool was very inviting. The garden was impressive, I wish they would come and do my place . The owners were very friendly and nothing was too much of a problem for them. The main shops and the beach were within walking distance, but just around the corner is a fish and chip shop …. Fantastic So over all you cannot go past this place
