⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Comfortable stay with a stylish touch! We stayed at the Best Western Plus Amedia Art Salzburg for a few nights and were thoroughly impressed! The hotel stands out with its modern, artistic design — every detail is carefully thought out, creating a welcoming and unique atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, including a kettle, fast Wi-Fi, and a fantastic shower. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of exploring the city. The staff were always friendly, professional, and happy to offer tips on what to see and how to get around Salzburg. We especially enjoyed the wellness area with sauna and steam bath — a great way to unwind after sightseeing. The location is convenient, about a 15–20-minute walk to the historic center, and very well connected by public transport right outside the hotel. Overall, excellent value for money. If we come back to Salzburg, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Modern, clean and spacious room. Very close to several bus stops for easy access around the city. Small shopping mall opposite hotel, including a supermarket. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing significant. A couple of minor issues (but nothing that would prevent me staying here again) are: A bit bright in the morning as there's nothing to block light from bathroom entering the bedroom. It would also be great if there was access to some english speaking TV channels (other than BBC/CNN news) for those of us that are linguistically challenged.

staff were friendly. booked for 2 adult one child but unfortunately no spare bed on arrival, just a double. this was rectified very quickly though although the child bed has definitely seen better days. the bed was comfy. good budget option but could do with a refurb soon.

pillows terrible! very old and lumpy and way too soft, even with three I still didn't have neck support. balcony extra 30 euros a night which I found excessive as there's no view. just handy as husband is a smoker and had to keep going down to front of building to smoke.

The breakfast was excellent. Room very clean and comfy. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

Loved everything. However unfortunately when we departed I accidentally left my gold necklace on the bed sheets/quilt. When I arrived home and phoned the hotel they said that if they found something will call back. I also send them an email and a message through booking.com. However they answered back and said they had found nothing. I am positively sure that I left my gold necklace (which holds great sentimental value) together with a pink pocket on the bed sheets/quilt. Personally I seriously doubt whether the housekeeping department have actually been informed or whether the person who cleaned the room after our departure was questioned.

The reception stuff was very nice. The lady who served me was sweet. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. It's very, very easy to get to the hotel by public transport either bus 4,10 or 2. Shops are also very close to the hotel, less than a minute to walk to. The ambience is good,and the hotel is quiet. The Wifi is strong and very easy to connect. The room was clean and cosy. I asked for the bed to be a king size instead of twin, and on short notice, it was done. They also have a wellness centre and spa if I remember correctly. It's a good value for money, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was really great! They were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice with a comfy bed and a balcony. We are traveling with another couple. The hotel staff put across the hall from each other- and we had adjoining balconies which was really great!

Breakfast was an expensive buffet which we didn't want. No other options within walking distance. We had to take a bus elsewhere as we don't have a car.

Comfortable room for 3 people, with great facilities. Shower and toilet were clean. Large space in room. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. The hotel bar is a great place to hang out and chat. Relatively close to Salzburg centre, easily accessible by taxi and bus.

Shower had a transparent glass wall, which made staying there with a combination of friends and family a little bit awkward.

Everything was great! From the minute we walked in the lady on reception was so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Room very clean, beds comfy. Wellness spa was a added bonus too,but we we unlucky that the steam room was out of order which was not there fault. Breakfast was really good choice and tasty, waitress very friendly. Location was perfect as bus stop outside hotel, bus 10 takes you straight to airport.would definitely recommend. Can not believe the people who have given negative feedback!

The rooms were a great size and were very clean. It was a quick bus into the centre of Salzburg and the bus stop was right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, overall we had a great time staying here and I would definitely stay again.
