We had a truly wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. The location is absolutely perfect, nestled right on the waterfront with stunning views and easy access to the heart of the city. The service was impeccable from start to finish. A special thanks to Kahlira at reception for the warm welcome and professionalism, she made us feel right at home. Jesse and Anthony from the concierge team were outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready to assist with genuine hospitality. We’d also like to express our appreciation for the housekeeping team, who kept everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable.

Room was big, comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent (way better than what we experienced recently at the Crown in Sydney which cost 3 x as much).

Blinds would open on entering the room despite wanting them closed and buttons to close them were tempremental with the blinds often opening again after reaching the bottom. Was frustrating when just wanting to relax. Lights were also frustrating and we had to go to great lengths to cover the ultra bright air-con display which lit up the room at night. In all would say the room is great - but the technology of the room is not.

To walk into the room and have the blinds roll up and reveal the amazing view is a great way to start any staycation. Room was felt fresh and spacious. Bathroom area was layed out well, bath and shower were indulgent. The heavy doors in the room gave a feeling of pleasant solitude ans security. For a hotel of this caliber the minibar wasn't ridiculously overpriced. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, especially at breakfast. Maybe it was because it was a Monday, but the breakfast buffet didn't feel like you were crammed in and sitting on top of each other like other places. The pool looked very inviting, even on a cold, wet windy day, given it was heated. The location of the hotel is exceptional.

Not so much didn't like, just observations. The blinds, particularly the sheers, were crumpled. Other hotels have a delightful fragrance in the lobby, this didn't. There didn't seem to movie options in the room. The brand of soap, shampoo and conditioner wasn't overly appealing, but that's a personal preference.

Fabulous staff, particularly front desk, nothing was too much trouble. A-mazing view of Elizabeth Quay and the sunset: I was happy simply sitting sitting at the window admiring the view. Literally perfect location for exploring the city, with taxes, trains and ferries within just a couple of minutes’ walk. Impeccable standard of fixtures and fittings, furnishings, decor, cleanliness, service.

Nothing really. If I was being incredibly picky I might say that the bath is slightly uncomfortable (although the shower was great), there are a LOT of weddings at the hotel so the lobby can be quite busy, and they’d run out of decaf coffee for the room espresso machine! That’s literally it.

We recently celebrated our 20-year wedding anniversary at The Ritz-Carlton, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the level of service and attention to detail was truly world-class. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, treating us with warmth and professionalism throughout. Our room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which offered a delightful variety of high-quality options and added the perfect finishing touch to our mornings. Every aspect of our visit reflected The Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to excellence. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding service we received and will cherish the memories of this special occasion for years to come

Facilities and location were excellent. I was surprised with the very limited restaurant dinner options on the Monday night we were there, only a lounge option with limited menu. The staff were polite, but seemed inexperienced. The staff were badly let down by the doormen and porters. On arrival they seemed confused why we were there and after being in our rooms for 45mins rang to ask where our bags were. They eventually arrived. Valet parking was $80 per day, and with this I expect to retrieve my car when ordered. On departing we rang to order the car, it wasn’t there 15 mins later, then we waited another 20 mins until someone eventually arrived. Very poor service and really let down the hotel .

a fabulous time, even when we arrived my partner was wished a Happy Birthday - it was just lovely. the whole experience was just perfect for his Birthday surprise. Our room was beautiful. the bed was huge and super comfortable. The staff were just lovely. Everyone was lovely. The breakfast was incredible, a huge selection of amazing food and drink. Again my partner was wished a happy birthday - just lovely.

can't really fault the place. It was a little tired, there was some mould on the ceiling infront of the toilet door. other than that the whole place is EXCEPTIONAL.

Location excellent food and staff exceptional considering circumstances beyond my control and the need to return home earlier than expected. My frustration wasn’t due to the hotel but more to do with Booking.com who have YET to respond

I had to check out a day early as I has a spinal procedure and the staff tried to contact you to make sure I was given a credit for that night however you didn’t reply I am still waiting for YOUR confirmation that you are accepting of my urgent requirement to leave early - can you urgently respond! No fault of the staff or myself

Convienent location, new and clean. Met my needs for a business trip. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Nice location for a walk around the area.

Inhouse dining was good. but no trolly with food. With the cost position of this hotel it seems odd you are expected to carry your own tray out into the hallway after you have eaten. This may seem a little entitled, but narrow doorways, locked doors and and old man makes for an uncomfortable exercise at the end of an otherwise pleasent meal expierience. Something normal for lesser hotels.

The infinity pool was wonderful! We had a swim late afternoon (to avoid the kids) and the timing was perfect. Only adults having a quiet drink before dinner. Breakfast at the Hearth was underwhelming. The bread rolls tasted stale, the scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the sweet pastries were average - the kind you might find at a suburban pastry shop. Coffee was perfect. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic - very attentive and friendly. The view from our room on the 11th floor was amazing. Full view of Elizabeth Quay at night sparkled with lights! The room's lights and blinds were confusing to operate and took some hits/misses before we figured it out how (more instructions would be helpful). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay but just some small areas of finesse could make it a 10 out of 10. Would definitely come again and we would recommend it.
