The room, actually the whole facility, was very clean and smelled great!!! The staff.... Wow! Nice, accommodating. The breakfast mgr guy, can't recall his name, was very friendly. Was always visible. Our Keurig didn't work, brought it to their attention. Said they'd get a new one to us right away (about 8 or 9 pm), we said no, morning was good. But while in the great pool, they brought one room and exchanged it out. We had the executive king room. There used to be jaquizis in them, but the hotel had taken them out. So, there is an 12ft x 12ft room, area, where there were. Perfect for like a sofa bed and TV or another desk. I'd definitely pay like $30 more if it had that in it. All in all.... Definitely will stay there again if in the area!!!!

1 thing..... The first morning, housekeeping just came in room without knocking. Checking to see if we needed anything was great service; however, they need to knock first.

Hotel was excellent, staff was amazing and breakfast more than exceeded my expectation. Other than the flaw mentioned below, the hotel was amazing and more than exceeded our expectations. The food manager was funny and personable. The check in staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed.

Only flaw we were in room 216, the tub was lacking the rubber r around the stopper so when you took a bath the water leaked out slowly. The water also did not get as hot as it should have gotten. We were only there one night for my 14 year olds gymnastics competition and baths help his muscles loosen up. We arrived after 7 so we didn’t report the flaw, my son dealt with it, but it would have been nice to have a fully functioning tub for what we paid.

Breakfast was awesome. Unlimited coffee any time of day. Location was good. Room was clean.pkenty of hot water for showers.

The only thing that I didn't like but wasn't the hotels fault was that there was a band competition at Lucas oil stadium so the hotel was full of kids but they were respectful. But the breakfast area was packed in the morning but they did keep the food coming never a shortage.

Free bottled water, it was very hot this past weekend. Friendly staff members, and decent parking lot to have our car clubs park. Rooms were spacious.

Breakfast was not awesome, pancake machine kept going down, the sausage patties and links were chewy and not very good, eggs were cold and not tasty. Our king suite had this creepy empty room with nothing in it but a wall light. The parking lot overhead lights weren't working.

I booked this hotel for Gen Con, and there's a lot to like about it. The room was nice and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It had a nice commons area. The breakfast was pretty great---good enough that I didn't need to grab a breakfast on the way to the convention each morning. The price was reasonable. I may book this hotel for next year.

I'm not sure why, but one of the elevators had a revolting, musty stench about it. It was super weird as the rest of the hotel was spotless, and the room was perfect. Maybe it was a one time incident? While the smell was pretty bad, it won't deter me from booking this hotel again. It was literally the only thing that wasn't perfect about this hotel.

How hot the room was at night, when they ran out of pancake mix instead of replacing it they just turned machine off , how to enter the hotel parking lot you can only be coming from one direction which makes for a lot of unnecessary u turns. And finally a credit card issue between my bank and the hotel which resulted in me my 3yo son and a good friend of mine to get kicked out of hotel. Oh and sometimes when entering elevator it smelled awful like explosive diarrhea ....

The room was clean & neat. The bed was comfortable. I work for a health department & always check for bedbugs and was pleased to find no signs. Breakfast was great with many options. Staff was friendly.

The toiletries were attached to the wall which was nice, but I failed to realize that there were 2 conditioners and no shampoo until I was in the shower :(. The gym was much smaller than it appeared in the online photos and it was dirty. There was no bottled water in the room.

We did have an ant problem in our room but as soon as we told staff member at desk she moved us into another clean room immediately.
