We were greeted at the door by our host, and shown all the facilities available. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, set in a spacious well-decorated room. Bathroom was awesome, and everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of room to stow our luggage for our stay, and a comfortable lounge to relax with a book or watch TV. Tea & Coffee room was a nice bonus, as was the outstanding home-baking provided to enjoy with a drink. Breakfast was beyond expectations, and definitely deserves much praise. A totally enjoyable experience, and I would definitely go back and stay again given the chance. Highly recommended to anyone travelling to Masterton.....Pepper Tree Villa definitely is a great place to stay. Jan and Alistair are very friendly, run a great business, and are a credit to the Hospitality Industry. Masterton is an ideal place to base yourself for exploring the surrounding district of Wairarapa.

Wonderful freshly cooked breakfast provided by Jane and Alistair, great conversation and advice about where to eat dinner and what to do the following day. Thank you for the advice to go to Martinborough Fair it was well worth the visit and we bought some great souvenirs of our time in NZ. Our room was excellent, large and with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was excellent clean and bright. It was a great place to stay!

The first thing to notice is the easy parking off the street, the second is the lovely facade and front garden. The room was really spacious and well-appointed as was the ensuite and the bed was super comfortable. We were lucky there were no other guests so we had the lovely comfortable lounge to ourselves. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

A beautiful, elegant home, with high ceilings, carefully decorated with high-quality fittings and superbly comfortable rooms. Great attention to detail. Perfect bed with luxury sheets. Very good wifi. A most generous breakfast included. Warmly welcoming hosts.

We loved the comfort of the room, especially the bed and beautiful linen. Great bathroom, shower with perfect water pressure. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast cooked to our liking. Highly recommended.

Welcoming hosts. Made us feel right at home. We were both newbies to B&Bs. Comfortable, homely experience. Loved it! Full breakfast was excellent. My poached eggs were cooked just how I liked. Highly recommend to others.

Presentation is superb. Breakfast was made to order and great. Alistair and Jane made us feel very welcome with very easy interaction. We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat.
