They were super helpful and accommodating, was able to check in a couple of hours earlier since my room was ready, and then they agreed to hold my luggage at check out. Loved the location, very easy to get to the Plaza within 10-15 min walk. The room was cleaned everyday… loved the keypad on door so didn’t have to carry around hotel keys/cards. Really appreciated the free drinking water they provided! The property itself is charming, throughout all times of the day and the way the sun and lights create an ambiance. Only thing to note is that the shower pressure is quite low and because it’s a historic building, may need to wait between showers to ensure enough hot water.

I had an excellent stay at the Pueblo Bonito Inn. Sam greeted me on arrival and gave me a brief orientation to the area. The Inn is in a quiet part of town,, only a 10-minute walk from the main plaza. My room was immaculate, comfortably furnished, and quiet. The bed linens and towels were high quality. I appreciated the in-room refrigerator. There is no street noise, and the area is safe and residential. A lovely touch was that the office provided bottled water, fresh coffee, and light snacks. I visited for the Opera and will stay with them when I return.
I cannot think of anything. One thing that the staff pointed out is that it is no longer a "bed and breakfast," but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a coffee roaster a block away.

Location! Walkable throughout the main attractions. Great value for your money. Friendly and helpful staff providing suggestions on sites and restaurants.
As this is an older inn, the rooms are dated and the bathroom is very small.

This charming inn was an eye candy as I was looking for a stay in Santa Fe that embodies the famous Pueblo-Spanish revival. I was absolutely blown away that the photos in booking site is exactly as it was in person. No editing like other stays. The attention to detail, the Southwestern flair, the choice of decor and the addition of taking into consideration modern comfort was phenomenal. This was most likely the most charming stay I have ever been. From the check in process, Sam was very helpful and gave us tips on how to navigate downtown Santa Fe as well as know hows of our room. Our 2 nights in room no 7 was very comfy. There’s no microwave in this room but thats okay since the location is central to must see places and eats in Santa Fe. This inn is a destination itself! I was impressed by the cleanliness that I did not bother disinfecting again which I usually always do with other stays. I would definitely stay here again if given another opportunity. Just for your info, the parking is tight and not recommended for RV and very big trucks and on gravel, but that’s just part of the charm of this historic inn Also, 15 usd for using wood in the fireplace and the knobs /faucet worked differently that usual and the shower, space out 20 mins each shower to get it warm for winter. There’s a note in bathroom that being a historic inn, it’s expected as is
None, recommendation: add wall clock or vintage clock in the room

We liked everything. Let me start with the proximity to the city center. Leas than 10 min walking. Next, the hotel is just wow. So pretty, cozy and adorable. You do have a feeling of an old town building. Very spacious room, comfortable and clean. Very quality with a nice aroma shampoo and shower gel. Nice modern feel with some twist of traditional touches. Amazing staff. And one of the best breakfast we were served during our 10 days road-trip in multiple states. Super recommended

Pueblo Bonita was fabulous for our mom/daughter trip. We had a large room with a nice and comfy King Bed. There was a long, sturdy decorative pillow that easily separated each side of the bed 😃 making it easy to share a king. We absolutely loved the grounds that had numerous sitting areas with water features. The luminaries in top of the building gave it an authentic feel and marked the location at night. We had 3 separate rooms: bedroom with nice tiled bathroom, cute tiled full kitchen, and a living room with nice TV, decor and mini fireplace. It was perfect and authentic! The office was actually 2-3 rooms very authentically decorated with a long table for games, separate sitting /reading areas and table with maps and extra water bottles, snacks, coffee, teas and more. No extra charge! The service was impeccable and friendly. Pueblo Bonito really sets a new standard of service, accommodations and excellence. I was very impressed. The area was within easy walking distance of the Railroad Area with shops and restaurants and equally short distance to the main downtown shops and restaurants/plaza. We seldom used our car and felt safe walking after dark and out until 11 or later. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat with my hubby or a girlfriend. The only reason I would t would be if I couldn’t get a room with a King bed as a Queen is a bit tight to share with a girlfriend! And, we’re too cheap to each get our own wonderful room! Depending on price we would rent the King with full kitchen and living room and have other friends get the smaller “hotel-like” rooms - that are still sizable, and we’d share the larger room as our base. You even could really use the office room area for fun gatherings. I’m not paid to do this but was so impressed I had to share!
More rooms with a King bed vs Queen. I think there were only 3 of 20 with Kings. There was absolutely nothing else that could be better!

This is a beautiful, vintage property with lots of original details. The staff were amazing (Sam and Brenda, I'm looking at you both). Depend on the staff for excellent food and sight suggestions, not to mention history. It's quite close to Santa Fe plaza, historic sights, and lovely eating. The hotel also has plenty of outdoor seating for the lovely Santa Fe evenings. For us, this hotel is a great find. We will be back.
This is a vintage property and having creaking floorboards is to be expected, but for those of us with light sleeping spouses, this can be a challenge.

Good breakfast but mostly packet food with coffee. Really lovely place with awesome furnishings and adorable adobe building facades. nice kitchenette. large living/lounging area with lots of wood.
Were locked out of our room for two hours trying to check in as we were given a garbled code over the Booking.com interface and unable to enter; the room number we were told to enter was also garbled “1###9?” so we thought it was room 19 - alas, there was someone already in there. had to wait for the staff to call us back as it was after hours. unable to connect to netflix or hulu on the TV. bed was too soft. bathroom cute but cramped.

Very cute hotel. Our room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The blackout curtains also worked great and were really helpful for sleep. We liked the size of the bathroom and all the mirrors. Also nice that the hotel gave free water bottles in our fridge, along with snacks/coffee/tea/water at the reception. Reception staff was great--very personable and helpful with suggestions. Location was great--quick walk to the plaza and railyard.
A/C wasn't really working and the bathroom door had trouble latching shut. Would've loved an included breakfast or a pool/hot tub :)

Location was perfect. Front end staff, namely Brenda, couldn't have been any more accommodating. She took us to our rooms, showed us maps of downtown, complimentary items, and sights to see. The rooms were large, exceptionally clean, perfectly decorated in SW style. A corner fireplace stocked with wood was lovely and unexpected. The bed, pillows and linens were all extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels and large walk in shower. The grounds were well landscaped with several seating areas, chairs and tables. Coffee/tea and complimentary snacks at the beautifully decorated common areas. What a lovely stay. Far surpassed our expectations and highly recommend this gem of an inn.
Glad plug in with overpowering scent
