T'S Resort is one of a kind accomdation that if you have a chance to book this place then you have to try the experience. I stayed in a one bedroom room, and wow, I reminded me how school camp or school excursions are. The owner is a tennis coach, and this was done up as a coaching facility. Yes, there is construction at the moment, but when i went, there was no noise at all. The layout is fabulous, has lots of nature, and has lots of personal touches, Buddha's everywhere . A unique experience! Children or your inner child would love this place.

It's not what i didn't like due to how popular this place is they are expanding, meaning there might be construction going on . I went during Christmas and New Years, so I did not experience that. However , if there was noise, most people were out and about during the day exploring, so it won't matter.

It is central to where I wanted to be for visiting family. A nice friendly family atmosphere.

My room had no air conditioning. However, a cool breeze came up every evening and overnight, so the room cooled down eventually. Microwave was available at the undercover seating area outside my room. No wardrobe or ironing facilities in room but washing/ironing was available elsewhere on the property. Stairs to get to the room. Parking was a bit problematic, not much space to manoeuvre the car near the rooms. Excellent parking elsewhere on the property though.

Stopped on the way to Byron Bay. T is a nice and kind host, looking really well after the place - her garden and also keeping the rooms up to date - it might be the reason the place has warm and peaceful vibe. The room had everything I needed/expected and a little more. It surprised me how big the place was - there is definitely activities to do if you stay and they have small shop for some basic goods. Good price, really clean - definitely will be back:-)

Was a clean functional room with all I needed. Including the fridge and tea/ coffee facilities, and plates. Chair and table and sofa chair. The lady was friendly and helpful at check in and for other questions

The grounds were a bit eclectic with many spaces like a dumping ground for household things. Although I wonder if it's because of winter.. but it looked like it would be lovely (it was raining the time I was there)

Location was great. Near town but not noisy. I loved the birdsong in the am. - there are lots of trees in the grounds - which is a plus for nature lovers. The pool looked good but too cold on a winter’s day to venture in. I like the extensive use of timber in the resort. The room had cutlery and Crockery which was handy. Microwave was handy on the deck outside plus a sink for washing up.

The only thing I would request would be a lamp to read by. The lights in the room are quite bright and I like a soft light to read.

I got to meet T Absolutely down to earth wonderful lady. you feel instantly welcomed and warmth from her. She kindly upgraded our room as she seen I had my 2 young daughters with me and thought it be more appropriate and more comfortable in the room she had chosen. The rooms were well kept, clean, clean bedding short walk to a gas station. A lot of activities on the property very kid friendly would absolutely stay here again when travelling.

The receptionist was so approachable and very kind and she made me feel so much at home. Everything was good.

The only issue is the car park but not an issue with the Resort but visitors or guests. They have the room numbers for the car park but some selfish and disrespectful people just park where ever they wanted to park. The bath towels were all very small but they were okay for me to use 2-3 towels at shower.

I love the warm service provided by Te. I loved the natural wooden setup and space that her resort provides. I absolutely love how she has landscaped the outside with beautiful plants and areas to eat on her outside picnic tables. I loved everything about this motel/ resort. I felt very relaxed here. Such a beautiful, calm space. Definitely come here again when I visit Port macquarie. 🌈🌞🙂

I really enjoyed staying here for the night while passing through. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were well equipped. The bathrooms are huge and have everything you need. Cutlery is supplied as well as fridge, microwave & oil heater. It was great value for the price, and I'd definitely stay again. The property is older, but it adds to the charm & is well maintained. Thanks for having me!

It had so many communal areas and it was quirky with balconies, camp kitchens, lovely gardens and some really cool kitsch sculptures. Great value for money. Was only passing through but would have liked to stay longer.

There is some construction going on in some of their activity areas but it will be fantastic when it’s finished.
