Location, parking offstreet (at extra cost), cleanliness of room, etc.. Staff were pleasant and efficient also.

Access to live TV seemed impossible. I love to keep up-to-date with news, current affairs, etc. - but was unable to access any live news channels form our room. The $35.00 daily charge for off-street parking seemed a little steep as well. Park spaces were quite limited. The almost total lack of information, guides, etc about the local area was annoying also. This could easily be corrected.

I loved the location, although there’s a train station near by, it was extremely quiet! Although we didn’t get access to parking, it looked extremely safe. Even parking on the street was wonderful as it’s located somewhere that isn’t busy. We were able to see our car from our apartment as well which was awesome for those who would be a bit scared to leave their car outside the property. Bathroom was lovely, bed was comfy and the entire room felt really cozy.

If you’re arriving after hours, it may be a bit trickier to get in since reception shuts at 9pm. Luckily for us, we didn’t have to wait too long on the phone to guide us with what we have to do.

This is a new hotel located within walking distance (about 100) m from the train station at Sunshine. The rooms are very well equipped with washer/dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens and a fridge/freezer plus all cooking utensils. The staff are excellent and worked very hard to assist us. One thing to note is that this facility is far bigger than it appears in the photos (there are 90 rooms at this facility).

Very clean lobby and inside apartment, very friendly staff, very nice to have coffee/tea and snacks available at reception, complete setup in apartment with washing machine/dryer/dishwasher, two bathrooms/showers, comfortable beds, picked this property because of nearby event.

Location was not great, lots of people all day and night smoking near the entrance and parking of property, made us feel a bit unsafe walking from car to property entrance.

We travelled from Adelaide to compete in a Basketball Tournament and the Hotel was 7 min drive to the tourney so it was perfect location for us. Hotel staff that lived on site was super friendly and super helpful. Thank you.

I believe it is a new hotel, so just some small suggestions - there were no tissue boxes in the bathroom or out in the rooms and no toothbrush holder glass for the bathroom. That's all. Thank you.

The staff were amazing, responded to every problem or request with grace, and a willingness to rectify the issue asap and even offered a small token of compensation unprompted

The servicing seemed to include beds made and towels refreshed but not cleaning. The bathroom floor was a touch gross by the end of the week

Great location for the Sheldon Reception where our nephews wedding was held.

Carpark was a bit tight for 4x4 ute but we fitted just. Some more signs for reception as there is no where to park easily to check in. More signs to tell you not to go past the carpark gate! As it is a DEAD END and extremely difficult to turn around!

Very new, interconnecting rooms were spacious, clean & cosy

We had an interconnecting room that we did not have a key and were not offered one. Also every time we tried to use our swipe pass externally they did not work and had to see concierge every time to have them recharged and fixed.

Excellent location! Very clean and friendly staff. We really like the place. The train station and the grocery stores were within walking distance which was very helpful when traveling with young kids. There is also a shopping center just a couple of minutes by car.

I liked the overall property. Very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were also friendly, respectful and helpful too.

You could add mini breakfast options, housekeeping on weekend (atleast on a Saturday) because few families travel during weekends and add tissue boxes to the rooms.
