The property was gorgeous. Very traditional Austrian. Firstly, we were greeted at reception and the receptionist couldn’t have been any nicer and she was wearing traditional Austrian clothes which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious with a nice modern an suit. The room had the most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. I had a great sleep. The breakfast provided was excellent. Good selection and the staff kept bringing fresh bits out all the time. The young girl who worked at the hotel was great helping us with directions and giving us ideas of great places to go for hikes and lakes etc. Myself, my sister and my son all loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Nice traditional hotel, very close to Salzburg. The location is perfect not only to go to town, but around you can find perfect possibilities for walking. The ZOO park is also very close. The breakfest is very large and realy tasty, you can enjoy it on a beautiful peaceful terrace. The parking is sufficiently large. Good idea is to recommend the restaurant in surrounding area (hotel provides with breakfest only), we used one suggestion and we were very satisfied with the quality of food and excellent service. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bathrooms are spacious also.

I understand, that the hotel has its rules, but if you have the dog with you (because hotel accepts pets) and it's not allowed to take him in the dinning room, it can be complicated. The weather was nice, so we enjoyed the breakfest outside, but in the case of the rain, we would either skip the breakfest or we would have to eat separately.

The breakfast was great with lots of options that wouldn’t traditionally appear in a continental breakfast. You could sit outside in the sun looking right at the mountains. The view from my room was excellent with two balconies, one of which faced the mountain. The area of Anif was nice and quiet, perfect for going on walks around the countryside or riding a bike along the road which the reception offers as a free loan.

The location was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were great.

I booked a room with 'views' that had a picture of a mountain next to it. Despite the first picture for the room I booked being of a womam on a balcony with a mountain view our room did not have mountain views which was very disappointing. I specifically booked this accommodation outside of Salzburg for the mountain view.

The staff were very helpful and friendly when there. The room was very nice with spectacular views from the balcony. Breakfast was very good.. Was able to put motorcycle under carport. Easy access to bus. Very quite. All in all we enjoyed our stay..

The room and balcony was over the smoking area.. and smoke would come into the room.

Clean and comfortable. It's a short walk to the bus which takes you to old town Salzburg. We were able to buy our Salburg Card at Reception

They seem to be a little short staffed. Sometimes, there's no one at Reception to answer questions (these hours are posted). Also, our room had 1 table too many, it was crowded in there.

The hotel is in a quiet area just outside of Salzburg. It was easily accessible by car. It’s close to nearby restaurants you can walk to. We had an amazing view of the Alps from our balcony. Breakfast was really good. The beds were comfortable. In walking distance (about 1.8 km) are the Hellbrunn Palace and Hellbrunner Park. An amazing place for walking and relaxation. The staff was very polite and willing to help. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Rural view, including mountains from our room. Excellent breakfast also with views. Close to Hellbrunn parkrun. Good free bus service to city and outdoor activities. Many dining options within walking distance.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. Loved sitting outside and enjoyed the mountain view. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great. Nice balcony! Loved the 3 min walk to bus stop which took us to Hellbrunn castle and Saltzburg!! Also the neighborhood was beautiful to take an evening stroll.

Great place to explore Salzburg with easy and affordable access by bus into city centre. Also great for follow on travels south via Werfen for Sound of Music Trail and Hohenburg Castle (location of Shloss Adler in Where Eagles Dare). Great breakfast and good for a safe, quiet and convenient parking location.
