We requested a check in one hour earlier than normal and this was possible. Upon arrival we were met by a very friendly host that provided us with all access information, details on the rooms as well as a list with very good restaurants in the area. We had a family suite for us and the kids and this place is excellent as a family room. The location is superb, but don't bother going there with a rental car. There is no place to park, but you can do everything by cheap taxi's or Uber. Or walking is the best option once you arrive.

The suite was close to the streets and late at night it could be a little noisy with yelling youth. But that was not really a big issue. Our kids slept in another area of the suite and there it was super quiet.

Great sized apartment Bathroom is excellent and HUGE Noise is minimal although on a busy street at night. Kitchen amenities great Easy access with the pin code they provide Lift access as well for luggage if required Air conditioning worked very well (it was very hot during our stay)

A few essentials in the kitchen would have been a great addition, such as milk, salt & pepper and Olive oil. The kitchen is great, but those essentials would make it even better. Also, offer a service to have some groceries available when you arrive would be superb! \= Bed is a bit too hard for my liking

Stunning interior fit-out - main reason for booking this property. Comfortable bed and all necessary equipment in the kitchen. Perfectly located with restaurants and beach near by. Staff very professional and helpful. Gave us spot-on recommendations of where to eat. Nice private terrace to enjoy during the day.

It was noisy at night. Because of the older architecture of the building the windows let the noise in from outside, even when we closed the wooden shutters as well. Also the next door guests were yelling and laughing in the middle of our first night there, on their adjoining terrace to ours so it could all be heard.

The space,light,cleanliness, and location. The staff were amazing. We loved the history of the building.

That we had to leave and return to our real lives!!!

We were only here for one night but thought this was a beautiful, spacious, quiet and elegantly refurbished apartment in a fantastic central Alicante location. I particularly liked the lovely windows opening out onto the street. The apartment was also spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen facilities were excellent. There was certainly plenty of space for a couple, plus our adult daughter. In addition the reception staff were friendly and helpful and the availability of central location parking was useful too.

Nice location, excellent room. Hosts were very helpful organizing taxis, storing luggage etc. Beautiful old building.

The quiet elegance was refreshing. The shared areas were exceptionally decorated- there was a complete sense of calm throughout.

I was there during the Spain wide blackout. The staff made sure guests were all comfortable and advised of alternate and simple entry procedures. It did mean I had to use the beautiful marble stairs and stop at each leave to admire the suite doors and public spaces. Not a drama at all!

We had a wonderful stay for just one night in a truly exceptional place . We would have loved to have stayed for longer it was so beautiful. As is the name of the property we definitely stayed in a palace and our suite was just so spacious. Beautiful decor throughout this amazing building. Very kind ,efficient and helpful staff who were very understanding and helped me resolve the issue when I thought I had forgotten something from my room having already checked out.

Nothing to dislike

Location was excellent, very central to restaurants, shops/market + sea front. Apartment was beautiful, very historic with amazing stained glass windows. Very comfortable facilities.

We stayed during the week before Easter so it was a bit noisy with lots of partying go on into the early hours at nearby restaurants. The apartment lacks natural light due to the stained glass windows everywhere, some of these can be opened but it can then be noisy with street noise.

Staff was super friendly and super helpful. Helped us with luggage and showed us around the accommodation to make sure we knew where everything was and how to get in and out of the building. also gave us some local recommendations of what to do. Couldn't have asked for more! Water in fridge on arrival as well which was great as was very hot. The building itself is a beautiful old building that has been kept very well. Would definitely return
