The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was nice - it could've been a little cleaner - I cleaned the shower floor (as I do everywhere) and the towel came up somewhat grungy, the same with the floor in front and under the sink, and the cradle for the phone. Otherwise, the room fragrance was delightful as was the hallway. All the staff was very courteous and helpful.

One of the elevators was out of service - the hotel is too busy, and the lobby too small, for so many people to wait for one elevator. This isn't quite a complaint; I'm aware these things do happen, but during our three days, no technicians seemed to be available, and I observed several people electing to take the stairs.

Room had a comfortable bed with high quality and soft sheets, comforter. large TV and stocked fridge. We were on second floor at patio level. Didn't care for having people sitting right outside our window. Location was good for walking all around the historic area and river street. Concierge was helpful in setting us up with a private carriage ride that was lovely.

Didn't like having a room with patio & pool outside my room. Breakfast menu was not great. No pancakes or waffles so not sure what you would order for kids.

The location was wonderful! walking distance to great restaurants/ sports bars if you didn't eat at the Hotel restaurant( which was a little expensive) but good 😊 I fell in love with there bed and our room was so beautiful( I sadly forgot to take a picture☹️) breakfast was wonderful I had the catfish and grits it was flavorful and so delicious( I cleaned3 my plate) one of the major highlights of our stay were the Bartenders KK and Carson these two are a Dynamic team friendly,out going, they greeted us like friends and KK even remembered our names! Cocktail hours was so much fun and the featured entertainment was really good I've stayed at Andaz property before Andaz Savannah didn't disappoint.

We were there during the time it rained a lot everyday only concern was that someone didn't check on the pool as often there were leaves/ branches that had blown in the pool I wish that they had cleaned out on a regular basis I'm sure they did it just didn't feel like they had Also booking.Com has one resort fee and Andaz Savannah property has another there needs to be a little bit of clarity( Booking is 33 Andaz S.is 37.45 ?) other than that no major concerns I was very pleased with my stay and saw my friends that traveled with me they'll be writing their own separate review 😊

Nice pool and breakfast pricey but yummy. Friendly knowledgable staff and close to City Market. That is a big, big plus due to lotsa restaurants. Very near DOT trolleys to sightsee and very walkable to fun things including Forsyth Park

Expensive breakfast. Not offered wine and all reviewers said they were. Asked for a recommend for airport ride and told Uber and not a service. Other than that good location and great value for the $.

The staff were pretty good. The gentleman who checked my daughter and me in was pretty good. He was engaging and friendly and made the process very smooth. I liked that a lot. The staff in the hallway's made small talk for the most part and were friendly. The staff at breakfast both days were very good - food was good and bed and room was great. The Valet's are all incredible. Friendly, quick and attentive. I REALLY appreciate these guys. The tech. you have where I scan a QR code and my car is on the way via text messages is really great. The ability to tip via the app. and qr code - also great.

There is a gal working the front desk in the mornings and both days we came down for breakfast she did not look up from her computer to greet us at all. I even waved and said good morning only to be ignored. At these prices and given the amount of competition you have in Savannah - that approach does not work anymore. Looking up and saying, "Good morning" takes little effort and should be the MINIMUM.

the street the andaz is on has construction going on AND is a narrow one way as most streets are downtown savannah. it was raining profusely and i didnt get the option of valet parking, i had to park down the street and walk to the hotel. not terrible but the cars were backed up and i didnt want to block traffic trying to await someone to notice me for valet.

The staff was great – everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was also extremely good. We appreciated that most of the nonalcoholic drinks in the mini fridge were free, as well as a few snacks. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

It would’ve been nice if breakfast was included, and if there was a microwave in our room, but they did bring up a microwave very quickly the next day when we requested one. We also would’ve appreciated having a better/bigger freezer in the mini fridge.

I love everything about the Andaz, from the rooms with balconies overlooking the pool or over the park area. The lounge and restaurant facilities are superb and excellently located. The staff is always helpful and happy to accommodate you in any way possible, within their means. I feel like Im at home or in a very comfortable place when i stay here. Its my favorite hotel in Savannah..

I don't like the fact that i cant just live there. parking could be better, but is as good as they can do. room service would be nice and laundry facilities

We choose this hotel not only for the exceptional rooms and amenities but it is centrally located between all the places we need to get to. This is our go to choice when we are travelling to and from SCAD. The delicious breakfast is just an added bonus especially since it runs until 11am!

While I am currently being treated for a medical issue, it was a bit inconvenient to either wait longer periods for the elevator or take the stairs (which I was unable to do, but that didn't stop my husband from walking 6 flights).

Nice, spacious room. Double sink bathroom and very spacious as well.

We were under the assumption that the breakfast was a buffet. It is not. If you have the "free" breakfast included in your room rate, they provide you with a daily credit toward menu options. Although the overall service could be improved, the breakfast was quite tasty, filling, and satisfying! Oh yes, one elevator (of the two) was out of service during our stay which made for longer queues for guests as well as staff.
