This property was amazing! The rooftop bar was out of this world! I would stay here again for sure!!

Nothing, well my room was bit dark even with the window shades open, but it wasn't anything that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.

Great place to stay in Milano. Close to the city center and to Brera (an area full of bars, restaurants and smaller shops).the rooms are modern and nicely designed, maybe a touch too dark -but could have been just our room. The rooftop bar offers a great view, stylish seating and a great selection of cocktails/ drinks. Breakfast is also served on the rooftop.

Service was sometimes a bit well lets call it indifferent. Not unfriendly or anything, but also not always as forthcoming and with a warm smile as I would have expected. But to be honest I had that feeling a couple of times in various places across the city.

All was perfect. THe breakfast was fantastic, personal is friendly, polite and very professional. Location is very good, quiet and convenient for any activities - touristic, shopping? busines. THe view from the roof bar is amazing. Highly recommend to all!

The location, the rooftop vibes, the staff! A huge Shoutouts to the Head Concierge Anthony Ardizzone and Simone for arranging tourist activities and giving valuable recommendations. And for the other Simone (I guess, sorry if this information is not correct) he made a special delivery request for me and i highly appreciated it. I will definitely be coming back when i am in Milano ❤️

At first I was disappointed with the staff for making me check out my previous booking out of the room as we got quiet comfy in it, and when we checked back in the hotel a day later I raised that remark and the hotel staff were considerate enough to accommodate a junior suite which made my stay for two days sensational.

With the exception of the mistake everything was good in the hotel from the receptionists at the property to the concierge.

We are very satisfied with the service of this Hotel. They provide me a very quite room and everyday they would provide us the water because of the heat and the suprise for our child. the room is very comfortable and the location is also very good, close to Matro and just 10 min walk to the duomo. The hotel colleage are all very nice! Thanks again for their services.

The rooftop bar was sensational. And all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful particularly all the Christmas decorations.

It is an expensive hotel to stay in that feels a little over priced but the service was so sensational it compensated. Would have been a bonus if we had had a view from our room.

Beautiful hotel with the great location. I loved the room and that the gym was 24 hrs. Breakfast is until 11 am and weekends till 11:30 am which just suits our schedule.

The only complaint we have is that there’s not enough light in the room, but I almost feel like it’s not worth mentioning because the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is amazing

The staff was amazing , i was greated by a member that was speaking arabic and she studies arabic for 5 years and this is really interesting for us arabs , and the whole staff was extremely respectful and helpful coming back for sure

The ladies that are sitting in the lobby at night for a different purpose, and need a cable for the gym
