It was clean and well maintained, The bathroom vanity was spacious and well organized and the breakfast was good. The staff was polite, pleasant and friendly.

The bathtub didn't have a nonslip strip but it did however have a grab handle. We almost slipped and fell twice. The breakfast area is COLD. It's far too cold to be comfortable.

The air conditioner made too much noise. After flushing the toilet, the bowl wouldn't fill with water, and we would have to move the handle up and down to get the toilet to fill with water. I didn't purchase any snacks, but I did look at them. $5.00 for a bottle of orange juice is too high.

The facilities and cleanliness were up to my expectations for Hampton Inns (they are our go-to chain hotel when we are on the road). This hotel was quite good based on our overall experience with Hamptons. The staff was friendly and the breakfast items fresh. The price of these hotels keep creeping up but we can count on their overall high quality for the basics (we don't use the pool or exercise rooms so can't rate those). Definitely recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone staying in or passing through the Greensboro area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. When asked to fix a maintenance problem in the bathroom, it was promptly taken care of. The staff frequently sent texts to check how things were going. Facilities are excellent. Breakfast was very good.

When I check in in the evening you had a very pleasant young lady that greeted me and my husband and was very polite and professional. She was able to help us solve a problem we had caring promptly for every need we had.

Very clean and beautiful, the location was nice right off the highway tuck away from heavy traffic.

Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles, an assortment of fruit, yogurts, juices. mile and coffee. Attendant kept the area clean and well stocked with hot food. Location was key and allowed us to get to our venue in High Point easily, as well as do a little bit of site seeing in the local area. Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and superb Thai Restaurant (Chang Mai) within a few miles. Hotel tucked in an area that did not have a lot of traffic so we were able to run outside and not worry about traffic. Parking lot well lit and plenty of spaces. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Great stay overall - we'll be back.

Cassandra at the front desk was very friendly for check in. The breakfast was good and had some options to it. Building is in good shape. There's a Dunkin' less than 50 feet away as well if you like their coffee/donuts.

Hotel is on the flight path of some of the jets to the nearby airport so be prepared to hear jets flying overhead. The side doors were non-operational so there was only 1 entrance/exit.

Convenient location, exceptionally friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, good breakfast options

Location for breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs were a little cold. Took too long for people to make waffles. There were many people so it is understandable. When you sell a house they say that curb appeal is the most important. So is the lobby and check in desk of a hotel. Cassandra was the pretty young lady at the desk. I have been to many hotels and she had to be the best clerk that I ever had. She was so respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. She went above and beyond anything that a desk clerk would be asked. Most men and women act like they don’t want to even be there let alone be helpful. Cassandra may be the best employee company wide. That is a hotel curb appeal. This is my second or third time staying at your hotel. It will not be the last. Next year she should have a big promotion. I probably won’t even see her. Did I mention pretty? Thank You Cassandra for being a special employee and young lady. I hope that I will see you next time or chat on social media. You have my contact but I do not have yours. God bless you!!

The breakfast was delicious. The bed was soft. The shower was amazing the water got so hot like I like it. The room was a great size with a king size bed and couch. I had enough room.
