Good views, balcony with ocean view. Very nice teak chairs and table, better than I think than anywhere I've stayed. They have a smoked salmon chowder and fresh cookies in the breakfast room nightly that are really good. Also a good hot breakfast in the morning. Nice staff. Comfortable beds.

The couch in the room was a chaise lounge I guess. So only one person could sit without their back on the wall. There were no other pillows on the couch, or in the closet to use to make a second person comfortable on the couch. We got a pillow out of our van to use. It is odd because there's a Murphy bed in this room, so it sleeps 4 but there isn't seating. There is an uncomfortable vinyl covered armchair that I can't imagine sitting in for long. Kitchenette is a little the worse for wear but functional, okay.

Huge room right on beachfront, fantastic view, love that you can easily walk straight down to the beach, no cliff to negotiate. The beds were very comfortable, lots of towels which were good and thirsty. Kitchen was great to have. The two bed/one bedroom was extra big and great for friends as each has their own bath. The salmon chowder and cookies were so nice in the evenings. Coffee was always available with fancy syrup, a treat. Breakfast was serious and we were able to enjoy a substantial offering. Would love to stay longer!

The only issue was TV placement in main living space...you cannot watch from the murphy bed without laying across it. Can the TV be placed across from the bed instead? I only wish we had more time there. Next time!!

Amazing breakfast options, even if you’re a picky eater. I really appreciated that my service dog could go everywhere with me, including the pool. And the view in our room was amazing!

I wish the room had more lighting available. Room service was hit or miss because you have to request what you need that day. Some of the housekeepers seemed to have judgmental looks on their faces. The bubbles option in the jacuzzi was broken and got replaced the day we checked out. Unfortunately, we were really looking forward to that.

The front desk staff members were warm and welcoming--as well as very helpful in answering questions we had during our visit. The room was perfect, great view from the balcony, comfortable beds, and we appreciated having a kitchen with a normal sized refrigerator for our snacks, drinks, and dog food. The breakfast was great -- many more options than a typical hotel "free" breakfast and we liked the outdoor patio and fireplace so we could bring my dog with us and eat outside. THe grounds are really nice -- great pool and hot tub and a little dog park for pets. Beach access provided a quick, easy route to a nice walk on the sand..

Location was perfect. The hotel itself was nice and clean and in good shape. Breakfast and complimentary evening treats/snacks were delicious. The pool was amazing. Even in 50° weather it was plenty warm to enjoy despite being outdoor. Our room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved having a full kitchen for convenience with small children and to save money on eating throughout our trip. Having two full bathrooms in the room was an unexpected but delightful experience. And of course the beachfront patio and private beach access made enjoying our trip so easy.

I loved the staff when we checked in. They were very kind and noticed that I had booked a room that did not have an ocean view. They were very sweet, and were able to upgrade us to a room with a spectacular view! I can not be more thankful that they notice my uh-oh and had a place that they could give us in such a short amount of time! The bed was wonderful and we loved the kitchen and extra room overall. It was clean and the shower in the main bed room was so wonderful! It had wonderful water pressure and was just divine! So thank you to all at the property, we will definitely be back!

I love the size of the unit . It had a fold away bed in living room and separate king size bed in its own room, with its own 72 inchTV, and even a lock on the door. There was a long hallway. I like that distance separate from the living room so people could be in the living room and talk and you wouldn't not hear them.e Even though we were just use two alone, it felt like an apartment. There was two bathrooms, but the bedroom had its own walk in shower, it was a great shower and was clean, felt safe. The other bathroom was a full bath with a shower, closer to the living room. There was an amazing full kitchen, although we did not use it, it had a full size refrigerator, microwave and it was wonderful and inviting. We. Had a balcony and the beach was right there. The room we got at first was a really small room with a huge king size bed. The room was too small so we upgraded to the other option.. I'm glad that they offered that. They offer a delicious breakfast, great hot food. Eggs, cheese, hash brown's, muffins, toast, sausage, fresh fruit, juice, bagles, milk,, coffee, biscuits and gravy. They even feed you dinner! Clam chowder and a cookie for desert!

The first room Was too small, But we got a bigger one.

What is not to like?! It was the most amazing weekend we’ve had. We’ve stayed at many hotels/motels being a military family so our expectations are pretty low. But we found this place when searching for a pet friendly hotel to stay at for our anniversary since we had to bring our puppy. This one came up with great reviews and amazing pictures of the view and rooms. Sometimes pictures are deceiving and they’ll show one and you’ll get another but this hotel delivered! We walked in and it was JUST like the pictures. Maybe even better. There was a bottle of lemonade, chocolates and a handwritten card wishing us a happy anniversary. The tv even said welcome with our names on it. Even our puppy got treats! The view was also above expectations. And the food!!! Holy moly!! Every night there was hot chowder and warm freshly baked cookies in the lounge. And the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Friendly staff, great location for beach access, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, 5pm chowder & cookies, hot breakfast. Older hotel that's been taken care of right on the ocean. Not crazy over priced for ocean front and included extras, but...

Mattresses not super comfy; One bath has had long term issue with shower water leaking out... staff really not concerned when reported?! No secondary lock on slider... ground level room with patio/ railing with walking trail in front.

The room was large. The bed is comfortable. They had a wonderful breakfast that ran until 10am. Even if you came at 10 o'clock they kept the food out. It was hot and fresh. They have a wonderful salmon chowder at 5pm each evening and warm chocolate chip cookies until both were gone. We will recommend it to all family and friends.

The rooms need way more lighting. Do not like dime lighting in my room. Use dimmers if you want ambient lighting. Not every woman wants to stand and put their makeup on and nowhere has sufficient lighting for that. Fix that and it would be a perfect place.
