This property earned a new respect of Baymont from me. After a bad experience at a New England property many years ago I’ve avoided them. While close to I-25 and the airport this property is quiet and a few blocks off the major streets near a neighborhood. Parking lot well lit. Staff friendly.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel and parking very safe and very clean. It was also quick to get to and reasonably priced. The only thing I’d say is food. The breakfast choices are good, but standard, and Burger King and Starbucks the only walkable options for other meals. Still, if you are prepared for this, it is otherwise an excellent option.

Walls are evidently pretty thin. Could hear a man talking on a phone or video call at 1130. Lasted about 30 minutes. Wasn't loud but could almost hear every word. Glad i was on the third floor..that was only problem so no bigger.

Convenient location for what we needed to do in Albuquerque. Very easy to get in and out. Room was spacious and clean. Doggie poop bags were available on the property.

The hotel was said to be "pet friendly" but there was no notice of the cost on the Booking.com site. When we arrived and were told it would be $25/night I was very unhappy. I am accustomed to an extra charge for having a pet, but having it be charged PER NIGHT was over the top. I will only return to this hotel if traveling without our (very small and well-behaved) dog, or if I am only staying for one night.

The hotel was very nice. The room was immaculate. The Reason that I had chosen to stay at that property was the fact that I could obtain a late checkout. I was there in Albuquerque for several appointments at the Heart Hospital of New Mexico and wanted the 3:00 p.m. check out because of the time in between my appointments. When I got there I told them about the option that was offered me through my email. I was told that I could not do that. That it was not available because the dryer was broken. I think that that was an outrageous reason not to be able to pay for a late checkout. It was a very disappointing as that's why I had chosen that property.

Clean comfortable room with desk and a lounging chair, easy access to expressway, pretty good breakfast

Pretty noisy: walls were thin, floors creaked in our third floor room. Lobby area needs improvement

Location, cleanliness, great friendly staff, and you couldn't hear traffic.

The best aspects were your staff, Randy and Eduardo. Both were very efficient and professional. I interacted more with Eduardo, who checked me in. I was particularly impressed by how he handled a couple who couldn't understand why the hotel would pay for an Uber to the airport if the van driver had gone home for the day.

I couldn't figure out a way to control the AC, and the breakfast had too much sugar & white flour for my taste. But I understand that this may be what your demographic desires.

The breakfast was better than most other hotels I've stayed at. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was so clean and well kept, which is very important to me. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and they helped me feel at ease with both checking in and out. The location makes it easy to access other parts of the city quickly. For being $10 cheaper than some other hotels in the area, the quality did not suffer in the slightest.

The shower was a bit slippery, maybe a bath mat might help? Otherwise, not really anything to complain about.

The room was nice, it felt safe, it was close to the airport, and the suite was comfortable for my group of 4-5 people.

We had two people who had early flights (6:00 am) out. The website says they have a free airport shuttle. It does not say they do not accommodate early flights. The shuttle was a major reason we picked this hotel. It was difficult to find a cab or Uber driver during the Balloon Fiesta. Luckily, we kept trying and found a driver (late the night before departure) who charged $40 for an 8 minute drive. It just seems that a shuttle should be available for all flights, or at least make it clear what the hours are; we could have scheduled our flights at a different time. It added a great deal of stress to the end of our trip.
