Very nice hotel in a good location, nice big comfortable room.

When I booked this hotel I thought it had parking, when I first opened this site page on booking.com it says parking or the parking symbol in two different parts of the page, however, you need to continue on looking closely because there is NO parking at the hotel, it cost 20 euros for overnight parking, secondly the bar staff are poorly trained, they are extremely nice and helpful but when I order a pint of Guinness I expect the bar person to know how to pour it, and I also expect some knowledge of how to make a cocktail, need better training.

The staff were welcoming and always helpful. The location was central and perfect for an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the view from the Loft Bar and the friendly service there. We had asked for a quiet room as we had been advised the hotel hosts weddings and other events which can be noisy. Our room was indeed very peaceful with no noise disturbance at all. It was comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere . The public spaces are well decorated and comfortable with a variety of venues on site.

The room was rather cool and we twice asked for it to be warmer as the heating controls in the room were incomprehensible and seemed to have no effect. Both times staff were helpful and were able to control the heating centrally but it would obviously be better if guests could manage it themselves to suit. Not sure if this was a temporary problem. Also the ceiling lights were extremely bright and there was only one bedside lamp so it wasn’t possible to have soft lighting in the room.

Great location. Breakfast on 2 days was excellent but not so good on our last morning. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was really good. Room was very spacious and clean. The shower was lovely and spacious, Within walking distance of most attractions and lots of bars and restaurants.

There was no where to dry towels in the room after a shower. No rails or hooks to hang anything in the bathroom. The supply of teabags was a bit hit and miss. The shower although lovely and spacious either scalded you or froze you. The temperature of the water was extremely hard to get right. The oddest thing I had was a double duvet had been folded in half and put into a single duvet cover. It was too heavy at night and extremely hot. I managed to unfold the duvet but it hung down over the bed and was very heavy. Bar area could be a bit cosier and with more comfortable seating

Hotel was lovely on arrival, staff were really helpful on check in, was a bit disappointed with the position of the room, it was at side of the hotel, looking out onto an alley, when I looked out there was two addicts shooting up, I closed the curtains, which then gave me no natural light, even with the curtain open there wasn’t that much natural light anyway, but the interior and facilities in the room was gorgeous, bed is probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Had dinner in Jospers that evening, food was very nice. Breakfast was lovely, nice choice on menu, couldn’t fault any of the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again but if I was staying longer than a night would request a room in a different position not to be facing the alley

The location of the hotel is great so close to train & bus services. Very close to Christmas market & city center especially with children. The staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. Although checkin wasn’t until 4pm we got to check in a few hours earlier especially as we had 3 kids with us. Hotel was super clean, smelt amazing and our room was doffer suit which was one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of room and two TVs in the room so kids could watch what they wanted and adults could watch what they wanted. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was first class we had shower facilities and a bath in our room. We will definitely be back. Breakfast was also great.

The Ten Square was a really comfortable, perfectly located and beautiful hotel. My room was whisper quiet, had an amazing bathroom, with the best shower I’ve had on my 3 week holiday so far! The location made getting anywhere really easy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Nothing really. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but that really comes down to personal preference.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was bigger than we had expected for a city centre. It was very clean and quiet. There was a wedding taking place but it didn’t disturb us at all. The staff arranged chocolates and a card for my daughter’s birthday, which was appreciated. The staff were very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Great location right in the middle of things.

I would have given this hotel a 9 but the late check in at 4 o’clock was inconvenient. They did take in our luggage but we could not get into the room until 4 and we’d been up since 3 am.

Excellent central position in the city. Breakfast was good, service excellent. Excellent dinner. Excellent corner suite. The bedroom area was very nice.

The bathroom was astonishing. Very spacious as far as the bath and hand-basins are concerned. But the toilet and shower are tucked away as if they were an afterthought. "Oh yes, we better include a toilet and shower". The toilet is pushed into a tiny corner. The shower is the tiniest we have ever seen. It is minute. Don't drop the soap, you'll never be able to pick it up. Those features of the bathroom are serious shortcomings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were especially pleased to find our room was ready earlier than expected. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming – nothing was too much trouble. We also visited the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel, which were equally excellent. As regular visitors to Belfast, we will definitely be staying here again.

Our only criticism would be the view from our room, which wasn’t particularly appealing. It overlooked a square, empty space facing other rooms of the hotel, making it feel quite dark.
