The staff were exceptional. Jodie, I believe her name was, was funny, helpful, kind, and stays there for 24-hour care. The lady next to me was locked out of her room three hours after reception was closed and banged on my door asking for help. I rang the reception, Jodie answered the phone bright and pleasant and immediately came to her rescue. We all had a great laugh about it. Couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience. I travelled with two teenagers, a 1 yr old and my husband we where in the family apartment and it was fantastic it was well situated and would recommend this for family's as there's a t.v and air con in every room which they don't advertise, so that was an added bonus. Thanks again, Jodie. we will stay here again.

Unfortunately the restaurant has shut down since the new owners have taken over, which would have been lovely to have dinner there with my family but due to the location we went over the highway and got takeaway chinese (which was amazing) and had a lovely dinner back in the apartment. There are a lot of different varieties of food around this motel, so this won't be a problem for most.

Exceptional customer service, good location within drive (and walk if you are super keen) distance of local shops and RSL. You are surrounded by car sale yards so limited noise. Loved that my unit was self contained and could cook for myself which is why I chose BPMI to start with.

The traffic in order to get in or out of the actual road if leaving within peak traffic times. Also the driveway is quite steep and on a difficult angle and view (blocked by parked cars) to Anzac Road. I didn’t really like the idea of a card entry/exit (but can prop doors open easily) and I did not enjoy the slamming of doors constantly from other rooms. Extended hours of pool open/close times would have been awesome so this aspect of stay could be used and enjoyed. Most of these issues are easy to get around and would not deter me from staying again however.

Friendly staff, great location. Everything was very clean and not noisy at night. The room was very spacious with the kitchenette that had everything you needed Our room was a wheelchair friendly room even though we are able bodied not needing one. But if we did, I was impressed with the facilities for a disabled or elderly person.

Carpark spaces are tight But it's not too hard to get into

How the previous guests trashed the room we stayed in and the poor staff did their very best to have the room ready in time for us due to my elderly mum being unwell during our drive up from Sydney.

The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were very helpful and friendly and the room was very spacious, clean, good size kitchenette. You could easily stay for a long time on a budget and cook all your meals. The swimming pool was a welcome relief in the heat of summer

Swimming area would have be wonderful if it was allowed to be open for later at night

The location was excellent. The owner was very obliging and friendly - he even lent us his umbrella.

My pillow was a little hard, though my husband was OK with his (comes down to personal preference). Ceiling fans could be useful as it wasn't warm enough for aircon, but a fan would have made the room more comfortable due to it being a little humid due to the rain and warm weather.

The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Even made sure my pillow I left there got returned and helped us when another patron dented our car. We were staying there due to a family funeral and the staff were amazing to all my family. The facilities were clean and beds comfortable. The rooms are spacious and had everything we needed plus close to shopping centre, rsl and many restaurants

Helpful staff that made it easy for us to check in. It was nice and clean and a quite location when we were there and convenient location for us to go to assembly hall

All ok except little raised step into bathroom that needs hi-viz tape or something to be able to notice and avoid possible tripping

The motor inn is always so clean and tidy. Clearly well maintained. The double blinds definitely help with blocking out the lights. Very quiet.

Someone parked in my car spot. Fortunately, a friend was also staying at the inn and they didn't have a car, so I could park in their spot. But this isn't a reflection on the Motor Inn, just another guest.

The location was perfect for us as we was attending a 50th at the Greenbank RSL. The walk was less than 5 min. So the motor inn is in a perfect spot if attending something there. It’s situated between 2 large car yards so it’s nice and quiet and you don’t even hear the nearby highway. The bathroom has shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer, tissues so no need to take them. Also extra toilet paper in the bathroom cupboard. There’s an ironing board/iron spare pillows and blankets. 2 small milks in the fridge so take extra and coffee/sugar if your a big coffee drinker. From what we could see there are no shops nearby where you could by supplies but I’m sure they would only be a short drive away. Also we had the spa room but only one person can fit in it. The kitchenette is quite large equipped with everything you need even a cooktop. Overall we enjoy our stay, the rooms and motels grounds where very clean and the smoking area is down the back off to the side of the motor as there is no smoking outside your room. Check inn was easy, staff were lovely.

If I had to pick something I didn’t like it would be that we couldn’t park our car outside/closer to our room. It was park 20-30m away outside someone else’s room, but still uncover. It was no big deal and didn’t bother us.
