The staff and the facilities were exceptional. The manager is friendly and exceptionally helpful and accomodating. She creates a pleasant environment. The best value for quality of hotel we've ever stayed in. The breakfast options were tremendous. The hotel lobby was comfortable & relaxing. They have a starbuck espresso machine for guests :). The manager and the quality of this hotel will make me look for BW Plus hotels in the future. WELL DONE!!

Excellent breakfast with a really goood choice . On the first night I had a problem with guests in the room next door to me talking very loudly on the phone from midnight until 4am . On the second night when it started again at midnight I contacted the front desk at 2am . The member of staff duty ( Daz) was so responsive and helpful coming up to the room next door and asking them to keep the noise down on two occasions until they finally took notice . He then arranged for me to move rooms and sorted everything out before I needed to leave for work at 8.30 am. He was exceptional in his attitude and was extremely grateful for his support because I was a lone female traveller. Thank yu again Daz.

I have stayed in many BWs over the years, and they have been acceptable. Some better than others, but the rooms are always clean, the shampoo and conditioner is wonderful, and the breakfast is always good. The Avita suites was 5 Star! The beds were comfortable, the AC was QUIET, the roll pillow and 4 bed pillows allowed me to sleep better than I do at home. We found the shower to be quite slippery, so I called the desk and spoke to Karina, she asked house-care to make sure we receive a bathmat, it was delivered within a couple of hours. We also had a problem with the vending machine, and I thought we were going to have several charges on our credit card. Karina assured me that would not happen and gave me the company phone number just in case. Everyone at the Hotel was fantastic, the maids, the breakfast staff and everyone at the desk. It was an excellent stay.

The BW personal products: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and lotion are not available to the public😞! I love your products! If you made them available for guests to purchase, you would defiantly have repeat guest across the country. I am also disappointed that the Avita suites are a one-of-a-kind BW Hotel, or I believe so.

The most comfortable bed and pillows I've experienced in a hotel! The suite was big, quiet, comfortable, well put together. Very clean too. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices, fresh waffles, fresh fruits etc. The employees we interacted with were delightful. The little snacks were great too. Internet was fast and easy. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Room can feel a little dated and TV on demand is with constant mandatory ads. Need some small lights near the beds because the big ceiling lights will blind you! Some stains on the bathroom doors where people touch it.

A hotel in a quiet location for those who want to spend the night away from the noise of Los Angeles. 5 minutes by car to the ocean, near shopping centers, restaurants. Excellent breakfast, a selection from pancakes to vegan food, wonderful coffee - there is even espresso, which is not typical in the US 🙂 The Starbucks coffee machine at the reception is open 24/7. There are laundry rooms, so it is suitable for longer stays, good internet connection, there are office rooms with computers and printers. Free car parking. Everything is wonderful. Thanks for the great service 🙂

It would be great if the hotel didn't use plastic utensils.

We arrived around noon and I spoke to Carla to see if we could leave our car there even though we weren't checked in yet. She went above and beyond and was able to check us in early. She provided us with cold water bottles, which was very appreciated All of the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and spacious. We had a birthday cake and forgot plates and forks, but thankfully, reception provided some. Breakfast is available 6am to 9am with a nice selection. They also provide Starbucks coffee, which is a plus.Will definitely recommend this location.

When my family & I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean & ready. The front desk staff even gave us a couple of free bottled water with a goodie bag of small snacks when we checked in. It was a nice surprise! The beds were comfortable & the room decor felt updated. The hotel also provided a decent, free breakfast, which included a good variety of food. We also liked the location of the hotel since it was close to many restaurants and stores/ shopping malls.

Overall, the layout of the room was awkward because the bathroom area was placed in the middle of the room. Also, the TV was off to the left side of the two twin queen beds, which we thought was a little inconvenient. The lights in the room were quite bright. So in the morning, if someone had to use the bathroom, the bright bathroom light would shine right in your face. The fan on the A/C was also really loud, which was difficult to sleep during the night if it was turned on. On the first night, we had turned the fan off, but the room got too stuffy. So we had to leave it on during the evening.

This place has the best breakfast of any lodging that I stayed at.They have scrambled eggs, sausage,bacon, whole wheat bread, peanut butter, muffins and fresh fruit. they are close to several restaurants and a movie theater. My plane boarding pass was printed for me.

Their coffee maker was a lousy Kerig style coffee maker, so I got my coffee from the breakfast room The Tv did not default to channel your were watching when you previously had the television you were on.

Clean, quiet and roomy suite on upper floor. Bed was comfortable and blackout drapes worked well. Didn't use microwave or refrigerator in room. Couch a bit worn but comfortable. Roomy bathroom. Standard breakfast with good variety. Coffee was good. Very nice deal for the area.

Prefer less sugary options for yogurt selection.

Once again another great stay at this hotel, stayed 06/10 - 06/11 and I just can't ever say enough great things about the staff and the hotel, we came to L. A. last minute so didn't book a room the day before we arrived at 5:00 a.m. and called many many hotels to see if they would let us check in early instead of having to wait till 12:00 noon or 3:00 p. m. unfortunately no hotel wood let us check in that early I even afford to pay a fee cause some hotel will ask you to pay $50 to let you check in early but in L. A. 12:00 seems to be the earliest check in, we had already been on the road for 2 hours didn't want to sit in the car till noon then I remembered to call my favorite hotel when I'm in L. A. the Best Western in Torrance and like always they didn't disappoint a lovely young lady named Karina answered the phone I told her I really need a room right away that if there was anyway she could help me out she said let me check if I have anything available which they did I told her I would like to book the room and how much was the fee for checking in early she said it's ok I won't charge you a fee 🤯you can book the room with me or online I did it online because it offered the 1 bedroom suite, unfortunately due to some BS I wasn't able to check in early I was worried that my reservation would be cancelled since I didn't show up when I said I would I ended up checking in at 9 or 10 p.m.but luckily my reservation was there another wonderful young lady unfortunately I didn't get her name was there and made sure my check in went smoothly.

Everything was PERFECT including the free breakfast, so no complaints here.
