Excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring the beautiful Segovia, which is only a 15 minute walk away. The young lady checking us in was so helpful and informative and went out of her way to find a map and explain the area to us. The bar attached to the hotel had a lovely authentic atmosphere, the wine was reasonable and the tapas were amazing! Plenty of car parking and we felt safe.

Simple hotel good for 1 night stay. Nothing fancy just a simple place to spend a night. Free parking and cafe downstairs with fair prices. Good shower, fresh sheets. 20min walk to the center and many supermarkets near

Walls a bit dirty

Very friendly, busy hotel.We felt at home from minute one. The heating was great and the shower/bathroom spacious. Loads of parking in the actual hotel and close by. Great cafeteria too!

The rooms are tired but clean

The hotel is great value compared to the other hotels around, the on-premises parking allowed for easy movement around Segovia. A bus line also goes to the aqueduct from the hotel which is great. The premises were comfortable and with good heating which was greatly appreciated.

Although the toilet had a ribbon indicating it had been disinfected, the pee on the vase indicated otherwise. This really left a lot to be questioned regarding hygiene.

The hotel is a small in a little town near Segovia. We chose it because other reviews mentioned it was very clean, and I can confirm it was very clean indeed. There was plenty of parking space, and there was a nice little bar/restaurant in the facility. The price/quality ratio was very good.

The TV was not working, but we did not complain. I don't know if it would have been fixed right away.

The room was very clean with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

The bar downstairs was very noisy at night, and the price of the room was quite steep for what it was.

We had a car rental so the free parking and location a few kilometres outside the downtown area was perfect. We loved having a super market across the street for snacks and sack lunches. The women at the front desk did their very best to speak English which worked well.

We stay for 1 night and the experience was great. Very nice and welcoming people . The room clean and beds comfortable. The cafeteria was a plus. We will go back in a heart beat.

It has free onsite parking and a very convenient restaurant serving all day. . Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The hotel is comfortably situated at one of the main avenues leading to Segovia. It has a bar and restaurant . Bar service is excellent.

Everything was fine. Nothing to point out.
