Everything was good.

Should provide more coffee capsules and the parking should be free. After paying for the room its cheap to collect RM15 for parking!

✅Love the ambience of the hotel. ✅ Room was really spacious. ✅ Bed was very comfortable and pillows were fluffy enough. Had a really good sleep after a good day of shopping and feasting in KL. ✅ Toilet was huge and the bathtub was da bomb. Good for 2 pax in the tub. Got soaked while watching TV… ✅ Breakfast spread was fantastic! Managed to make do without having lunch throughout our stay.

❎ Location. Pasar Seni station that is connected to many parts of KL was 15mins walk away. Thankfully, it was easy to get “Grab” to and from hotel to our destination. ❎ Shops / convenient stores were also not anywhere nearby. ❎No complimentary parking. Would be great if hotel provided complimentary parking for guests.

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff, the breakfast spread, the big room, the service. Everything was top notch. We even got complimentary early check in. We got the junior suite, it was huge. Great comfy beds and pillows, working air-conditioning and water heater, big bath tub. We also requested for extra blankets. The breakfast spread was massive, you get a bit of english breakfast, malay, chinese and japanese. A spread of freshly squeezed juice and a barista to prepare freshly brewed coffee. You get waffles and french toast, muesli and yogurt, cereals and cheese. Friendly waiters as well. The staff was also well uniformed, always greeting you with a smile. Great stay, would definitely come again next time.

Parking fees were a bit steep. Paying for the room but not been given complimentary parking is a bit contradictory. Ended up spending rm30 just to sleep in a room that I paid for.

Beautiful hotel centrally located opposite old Kuala Lumpur railway station (frequent Komuter service links to extensive city metro services. Superbly decorated...ultra modern in a classical way. Very large room with standalone bath tub as well as shower Exceedingly comfortable bed. Fantastic food on offer...Asian and Western...in beautiful surroundings. Stunning rooftop pool. All staff very attentive and friendly....made you feel special. Complientary shuttle service runs every 30 mins between hotel and KL Sentral station (for Airport Express train.

We liked everything - the room, in fact our room was upgraded to Colonial suite and we were so delighted. The service was excellent. Food was of magnificent quality. We enjoyed the high tea and special Christmas eve dinner course as the waiters gave such good service particularly Awal and Hasan. We loved the christmas decorations especially the train. The entire hotel was well kept and the environment was clean and beautiful. It was a speechless experience. Thank you from the bottom of our heart. We also brought our plushies/soft toys who belong to the international plushies society and Asia Pacific plushies society group and we captured beautiful pics of theirs in various spots of the hotel. This made our experience even more beautiful, as plushies and their owners around the world have seen our pictures. 🥰🥰 It's a magical or rather majestic experience for them too! 😁

No complaints. Everything was good

Good location not in the thick of the city yet near enough to get to the busy areas quickly. Hotel ambience is great and colonial. Deluxe King Room was spacious and on the high floor with good view of the city skyline.

Ensuring everything in the room works prior to guest check in. Shower head was drooping and one of the bathroom sink was clogged. Had to call maintenance to fix this. Shower head screw to hold it up was tightened but sink blockage was not cleared completely and water still accumulated. Had to use it with less water flow. TV was set to Chinese language and had to get housekeeping to change the language to English as every thing on the settings screen was in Chinese. If these were checked before hand, it would have eliminated the need for us to spend time waiting for these to be fixed when we got to the room. As for value for money, price is slightly on the higher end compared to other international hotels in the city by about 10 to 15%.

It was my birthday staycation and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel went above and beyond by providing a complimentary birthday cake and a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which was such a thoughtful touch. The cake was delicious, and the flowers added a touch of elegance to our room. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. My son also enjoyed the hotel's bathtub which was a great way to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests.

There was a minor issue with water did not drain properly and is pooling on the toilet floor.

The room & hotel design/concept

Breakfast spread was meh. 4/10 food not many choices, pastry is hard like rock. Other than that nothing impressive. some Staff also looking at us like we dont have money or in other words not suitable to stay there.

Room was comfy, and staff were professional and patient enough to explain any inquiries. In short, the experience was as expected of a stay at a 5-star hotel.

This is not a negative, more like a suggestion, as I know this is subject to availability. During my previous stay, I was offered an option to upgrade the room with a meal option. While I wasn't offered the option this time, the current stay was still as pleasant as the previous experience. Would be nice if the offer to upgrade is available, subject to availability of course.

The hotel lives up to its name—truly majestic. The design, service, and overall vibe made the stay feel special. We loved the classic charm and elegance.

Breakfast could’ve had more vegan-friendly options. It would’ve been great to see things like cold-pressed juices, fresh fruits, granola, or plant-based yogurt. Just a small detail, but it would’ve made mornings even better.
