Everything was good.

Should provide more coffee capsules and the parking should be free. After paying for the room its cheap to collect RM15 for parking!

✅Love the ambience of the hotel. ✅ Room was really spacious. ✅ Bed was very comfortable and pillows were fluffy enough. Had a really good sleep after a good day of shopping and feasting in KL. ✅ Toilet was huge and the bathtub was da bomb. Good for 2 pax in the tub. Got soaked while watching TV… ✅ Breakfast spread was fantastic! Managed to make do without having lunch throughout our stay.

❎ Location. Pasar Seni station that is connected to many parts of KL was 15mins walk away. Thankfully, it was easy to get “Grab” to and from hotel to our destination. ❎ Shops / convenient stores were also not anywhere nearby. ❎No complimentary parking. Would be great if hotel provided complimentary parking for guests.

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff, the breakfast spread, the big room, the service. Everything was top notch. We even got complimentary early check in. We got the junior suite, it was huge. Great comfy beds and pillows, working air-conditioning and water heater, big bath tub. We also requested for extra blankets. The breakfast spread was massive, you get a bit of english breakfast, malay, chinese and japanese. A spread of freshly squeezed juice and a barista to prepare freshly brewed coffee. You get waffles and french toast, muesli and yogurt, cereals and cheese. Friendly waiters as well. The staff was also well uniformed, always greeting you with a smile. Great stay, would definitely come again next time.

Parking fees were a bit steep. Paying for the room but not been given complimentary parking is a bit contradictory. Ended up spending rm30 just to sleep in a room that I paid for.

Well maintained, clean and popular hotel. Comfortable rooms with good facilities. An abundant breakfast buffet with wide variety of choices available. The hotel now has a half-hourly shuttle service to Central Station, which is a very welcome addition. The standout of the property is the Heritage Wing, which continues to exude old world charm with beautiful bar, restaurant and club rooms. It is this space which makes for a memorable stay.

While the overall experience at The Majestic was enjoyable, but there were a few frustrating issues: 1. The very patchy, unstable Wifi in the rooms. 2. The terrible sound proofing. Unusual in a hotel at this price range, but traffic noise heard all hours of the day and night, requiring ear plugs throughout my stay. Also: 3. The landscaping in front of the Herriage Wing is a missed opportunity. Frankly it looks like an embarrassing afterthought when it could really be a standout feature of the property. 4. There is very a poor architectural connection between the older and modern parts of the hotel. At least the heritage wing has been preserved and maintained, but let's hope the architect in charge of the modernization hasn't worked on any more historic building projects.

Beautiful hotel centrally located opposite old Kuala Lumpur railway station (frequent Komuter service links to extensive city metro services. Superbly decorated...ultra modern in a classical way. Very large room with standalone bath tub as well as shower Exceedingly comfortable bed. Fantastic food on offer...Asian and Western...in beautiful surroundings. Stunning rooftop pool. All staff very attentive and friendly....made you feel special. Complientary shuttle service runs every 30 mins between hotel and KL Sentral station (for Airport Express train.

Nothing to fault the place. It was perfect.

Junior Suite was spacious for 3 adults. They had set up the sofa-bed with appropriate linen, which avoided the need of a roll-on bed. Ours was facing the front towards the railway line, but the ones on the opposite side had the bed in a room, which divided the overall space. For us that would have been tight, so we were quite happy to have the one all open. Breakfast was huge, covered local and continental cuisine, so it was something one didn't want to miss, first thing in the day. Bed was comfy, a bit on the soft side, so I preferred the Sofa-bed - its just a matter of personal preference. Bathroom had everything, Bathtub, Shower-stall, WC enclosure, not 1 but 2 wash basins - the two wash basins was a blessing, since we were there for a wedding reception, 3 of us getting ready was easy. Otherwise there were adequate mirrors too. Bathtub was provided with bathing salts. Ample toiletries and more on request. Other than electric kettle, there was a coffe machine also with coffee pods (complimentary) for me it was god-send. There are ample power sockets and they are all international type so no need for adapters except for in the Bathroom and Bedside tables. Location-wise it is a bit isolated as in no shops in the vicinity but it is fairly close to the city centre. This drawback is compensated by the Hotel Shuttle (complimentray) to KL Sentral and back. You can hop onto it every 25-30mins and come back as you are done doing your shopping at NU Sentral (attached to KL Sentral). We extensively made use of the pool and gym on the 4th floor. Gym was well equipped and had infused water provision. Finally the high point for us was that we were accorded early check-in and late check-out. This was very important for us as we had travelled overnight to arrive quite early and had an evening departure. Please note that if you are travelling by MAS or Batik Airways you can check-in and drop your bags at KL Sentral and then carry-on with your day,

Bathroom had everything, Bathtub, Shower-stall, WC enclosure, not 1 but 2 wash basins - but then it was a little tight. Bathtub in the middle was a little inconvenient to move about. The bathroom has a huge sliding glass door with a curtain on the outside, which was a little discomforting for privacy. But we kind of worked around it. Every space was just about ok. Would have been nice if it were a little bigger. Surprisingly, there was no luggage rack so we had to improvise of placing our suitcases on chairs or bed-bench, plus the cupboard space was inadequate for 3. Maybe for a shorter stay it would have worked. For us it was a bit of an issue. Breakfast was definitely awesome, but I wish they would curate the menu a little bit to provide for some variety for long-stay guests.

As the name suggests, this was truly a majestic stay. I came hoping for rest and beauty, and I left with something more—a sense of genuine care and warmth that far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is stunning, with a timeless elegance that blends colonial charm and modern comfort. But what truly sets The Majestic apart is its people. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the afternoon tea in the Orchid Conservatory was magical, and breakfast at Contango was always a highlight. Everything was done with grace and attention to detail. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an experience. One I’ll carry with me long after check-out.

Our stay in Kuala Lumpur as part of our honeymoon was at The Majestic Hotel, and it was absolutely lovely. My wife and I loved everything about the hotel. They decorated the room and gave us a beautiful flower for our honeymoon, which was a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated—we even kept the note they wrote us as a keepsake. The hotel is very luxurious, and the tea room was simply heavenly. We tried the couple’s massage at their spa, and it was exceptional. Needless to say, the hotel is spotless, and its colonial style is both classic and timeless. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, with a wide selection of both Western and Malay dishes—everything was delicious. The staff were incredibly welcoming. If you're staying in Kuala Lumpur, The Majestic is a must. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

We liked everything - the room, in fact our room was upgraded to Colonial suite and we were so delighted. The service was excellent. Food was of magnificent quality. We enjoyed the high tea and special Christmas eve dinner course as the waiters gave such good service particularly Awal and Hasan. We loved the christmas decorations especially the train. The entire hotel was well kept and the environment was clean and beautiful. It was a speechless experience. Thank you from the bottom of our heart. We also brought our plushies/soft toys who belong to the international plushies society and Asia Pacific plushies society group and we captured beautiful pics of theirs in various spots of the hotel. This made our experience even more beautiful, as plushies and their owners around the world have seen our pictures. 🥰🥰 It's a magical or rather majestic experience for them too! 😁

No complaints. Everything was good

We were welcomed by hotel staff in traditional uniforms, and finally had the chance to stay at a hotel we had long been looking forward to visiting. This time, our stay was to celebrate a family member’s birthday. At the front desk, the receptionist greeted us with a gentlemanly smile and heartfelt professionalism. Since we had mentioned at the time of booking that our stay was for a birthday, the room was prepared with a cake, a birthday card, and balloons—and to our surprise, we were also upgraded to a suite. We were truly moved by such a thoughtful and wonderful gesture. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, offering a wide variety ranging from continental dishes to Malay cuisine and ethnic specialties. Every dish was authentic and delicious, leaving us more than satisfied. We are deeply grateful for making this stay such a memorable and special occasion. This is a hotel we would love to return to again, especially for future celebrations.
