I absolutely loved the location! We stayed in highest home : 'alpine' , we had mountain view We had upstairs with huge window overlooking far mountain . Absolutely wonderful. Kids and I enjoyed it 100%. Best choice we made. 5 min walk to town. Everything you need in the room. Stover, microwave, dishawasher, laundry is just outside of the room It's a CLIMB to get to your room if you stay in :townhomes' it's 2nd floor with lots of stairs. Definitely a work out! Do NOT RESERVE IF YOU CAN NOT CLIMB STAIRS! beds was very comfortable, clean, jacuzzi worked good. We seen a deer, fox and bear on property!!! What a treat! Check in was easy, we checked in at 9pm and there was security who helped up. Very easy I don't know what other reviews are talking about having trouble checking in. We will be back next year! Also river access is right near the pool on property. There are stairs leading to river. You have to CROSS DEEP END to get to shallow end. Deep end is about 4 feet with current. Kids has to be carried by adult. River is chilly and wonderful! Can't wait to come back 5 nights wasn't enough for us. Next time we staying for at least 10!

Well pool is a mess. Inside is rough and needs to be definitely fixed and update. There are nails sticking out of shutters. BUT that didn't stop us from swimming and enjoying it. Jacuzzi pool water was nice and hot but no bubbles. It's a hot pool with shallow water.. big pool is not heated and nicely refreshing 👌 nice wooden deck next to the pool Wish there was BBQ on that deck!!! Pool had few bugs but that's normal. Now I will say this... if you use to staying in fancy cabins and Ritz hotels this is NOT FOR YOU!!!! don't stay here and then write bad reviews!!!! This property is older and comes with many "charms" as slow flashing toilet, older appliances, many many stairs, bugs as you are in the WOODS. IT WAS PERFECT FOR MY FAMILY BUT MAY NOT HE FOR YOU IF YOU INTO FANCY STUFF.

The location wasn't good because of the steep and winding road to the room. We did meet a car the last day, but we were near the bottom of the mountain. I am thankful that we didn't meet a car while going down the mountain.

The room was upstairs and very difficult for us to climb. There was no lights on the stairs nor in the parking lot. We had a difficult times finding our room because we arrived there at night and our room was on the end with no light at the door. We had to get our flash light and go from door to door to locate our room. I recommend, for safety measures, you provide better lighting around the building, the door, and the staircase.

Okay so the start was ruff because the check in was confusing. So when you pull up it’s weird because you come to a guard shack and it had no one in it so we went to the club house no one there either so. We went around to go check the guard shack again and there is a phone you call the number to check in. As you was giving no information on which apartment or where to go in the booking. But a nice man helped us figure it all out and I do believe with better information on instructions would be great well for any new people staying the apartments are out dated but very clean . We enjoyed it and will probably be staying again real soon. Love the location and the views. The club house was neat and the path to Paul’s was cool.

We did have a small little critter come out the furnace room but only saw him the once you are in the mountains so it’s to be expected.

Loft room was very spacious. It had a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a separate stand up shower. Downstairs was a kitchen, living room, small dinning area, bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. It was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the pool and access to town by walking a through a trail that comes out right behind Paul's Place.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was also amazing. I called before my stay to get information on how to check in after hours, and she was very polite and professional. I also forgot my hair dryer while staying. I called and the lady was so nice and helpful. She went out of her way to send my hair dryer back. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I didn't dislike anything. I do, however, wish they would update their photos on the website because the room was so much better than the pictures made it look.

We rented a chalet at this property,and it was just right for us. It was in walking distance of the main street in Helen Ga so we did not have to drive once we were there.

There were 2 couples and one single person staying in the chalet. We were usually together or split into 2 groups, but a third entry key would have been nice. It did not hinder our great time though.

Our loft was SO cute and cozy, and very clean where it mattered! I felt it was a great value for the price, especially considering we were there for opening weekend of Oktoberfest. The view was amazing, full kitchen was a plus, and we were pleasantly surprised with out spacious it was!

Faucet for jacuzzi tub was sink sized, so filling the tub up enough to run the jets took literal hours, which is fine as long as you run it on time! Pool was closed for maintenance and that sucked, but not a huge deal considering we had the room with a jacuzzi.

The size of the space was great. The lady that booked our rooms made sure we were next to our friends. The pool was a great size, as well as the hot tub. They seemed to be making improvements by replacing the decks.

The pool was not clean, we had to clean all of the bugs and debri out ourselves, made it feel neglected. The TV in the living room did not work.

Everything! The location was perfect! The river runs right through the property so access was easy. The couch mattress was awfully stained which looked like urine and the staff came and changed it out right away!! The resort was pretty empty with people which I absolutely loved! The peace and quiet and not a crowed pool or hot tub was amazing! The apartment had Everything we needed.

Nothing!

The location was beautiful . The condo was nice, neat and fully stocked with kitchen essentials,plenty of towels and bed linens. It had an amazing view of the city from the balcony where we had our morning coffee.

The rug had some large stains that need to be cleaned. The walls need to be cleaned better or repainted as someone colored on them. The handle on the microwave was broken and needs to be fixed. These are fixable items that didn’t keep us from our stay and we would book again.
