It was centrally located and an ideal spot to explore north and south of the city. We didn't know what to expect and we were pleased that we chose Horton Apartments which turned out to be really functional clean and tidy.

We have grand kids which put is in the "not so quick" genre when it comes to sorting out issues that we haven't encountered before. ie how to access an apartment from the basement when you haven't used security tags before! It took us 15 minutes to figure that one out!! Maybe a notice near the lifts saying that you have to wave your tag as well as push the button to the floor you want. No biggie

Location was convenient to local amenities and although in a busy region of Maroochydore, the unit was very quiet. It had everything we needed to cook, wash and a very comfortable bed that we loved. Everyone, including the other tenants were friendly and I loved my twice daily stroll to Cotton Tree for exercise.

Nothing much. Everything was great. I didn't feel drawn to use the lounge room to watch TV as the design of the space had it tucked out of the way but that was not a major thing for us - just something I noticed energetically.

Location was good for me, as I needed to catch the bus next morning; the bus station is a couple of minutes walk. There are some nice restaurants close by, and the plaza. I wasn’t expecting the apartment to be so large, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. I loved having a bath. The pool is lovely.

I do like it when there’s an espresso coffee machine, but the instant coffee is fine. I also like when there’s decaf sachets too.

The next door apartment was very loud at 1-2am it sounded like they come back after an all nighter. This happened every night we were there.

The noise from the neighbours getting back to their room at all hours every night/early morning waking us up and then unable to go back to sleep for the next few hours as they were noisy for a while

Location was great. Clean tidy unit.

View of construction site, but we weren't there to sit on the balcony looking at the view so we didn't really care.

Location was good, right near the shopping plaza. A bit of a walk to the beach though. The rooms seemed quite new and maintained and the pool/bbq area was quite well looked after. Beds were very comfortable.

The room itself seemed quite new and clean but the actual utensils and cooking equipment seemed quite old and worn out. Nothing seemed to be new. Very tight carpark

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Great location easy walk to Sunshine Plaza and Cotton Tree. The pools far exceeding our expectations.

Great location , easy walking distance to most places , wonderful swimming pool in hot weather

spacious apartment that was available at the last minute when I contracted covid and needed somewhere for visitors to stay. very handy location in maroochydore cbd.
