We had an excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast team went above and beyond. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and in a perfect location—close to the Gas South District, restaurants, and shops. We also loved having The Bistro and Starbucks right next door. The noon check-out was a great added convenience. Highly recommend!

The only issue I can think of is that the Internet TV was very slow and would pause over and over during a show, making it hard to watch anything. One of the lights beside the bed didn't work, but that wasn't an issue. We had plenty of light.

The breakfast was delicious! The staff were wonderful at keeping the food stocked and helping with any requests we had. The room was clean and nicely laid out.

Some young men in the room across the hall from us were smoking and set the fire alarm off. It was annoying but the hotel staff kicked them out, so it worked out ok

ALL the staff there was very courteous, respectful, efficient and professional. The room was clean, up to date and comfortable. Great safe location as well with ample parking.

The fact that they charge $10 to park and make you use a QR code.

The breakfast was a hit or miss to be honest. To be fair, I had to be there at certain times. Other than that, the service and the overall quality of our stay was satisfactory.

All were good when I was there.

Breakfast is almost nothing. I left something in my room, and nobody took responsibility when I called them for 3 days.

I loved the layout of the suite, and there was almost no noise from neighboring rooms. The whole building smells wonderful.

very close to gas south arena which we had a concert the night of our stay, very spacious and comfy, staff was very nice and helpful.

The TV in the bedroom didn’t connect to the remotes provided, the TV in the living room worked fine though so not too big of a deal.

All around warm and helpful staff

The King Suite was fantastic. It had plenty of outlets, adequate lighting, good temperature control, and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bathroom was luxurious with a doorless walk-in shower. Everything was so ergonomic and spacious in the bathroom. There were plenty of eating utensils, plates and bowls as well as a full-size refrigerator/freezer. They also have a good amount of mirrors and the sofa bed was amazing.

There is just one slight detail that wasn't so good. The bathroom is pretty close to the bed, and so the moisture from the bathroom must have left a very low-key mold smell. I've been here plenty of times, and the low-key mold smell wasn't present at every room; Just the one that I stayed in recently.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Good options for free breakfast.
