A nice hotel at a historic location. A big hotelgarten were you can sit and relax after a long day. Haven't used the breakfast and restaurant. The room was fine with two seperate beds and a large bathroom. Situated at the front facing North so it was not to warm at the end of the day. Three big windows that could open all the way so ventilation was no problem!

There was no mini fridge, that would be a nice addition. And the matress and pillows were to thin for me. TV reception was not great, it could use a signal amplifier I guess. And limited channels but that's the same everywhere. I just watched the Olympics!

The staff is nice and helps with any problem. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is in a quiet location, the room we took had a large balcony facing the garden and it was lovely! The location is half an hour's walk from the tourist center, and near a museum and a park on the Berlin Wall.

There was a bit of a problem with the cleaning - we asked to clean the room and it took a while, they didn't give us new towels and we had to ask. But when we talked to them they immediately solved the problems, the staff was nice and efficient! At this level of a hotel, I think there should be a kettle and a coffee set in the room.

Location was great for us, close to public transport and in a very quiet and nice area. Reception personnel was very helpful and nice all the time. Room we have selected was very big with a nice balcony, heading into a nice garden.

Breakfast was pretty poor, not too much selection and also very small quantities available, especially the warm meals. They seem to prepare only for 2-3 people at a time, although there were at least 15 people at breakfast each morning. You have to ask for omlete to be refilled :( and it took them quite a while to bring some.

The room was very spacious, the interior design was inspired by the Scandinavian minimalism. Despite of the minimalistic design, as this style is known to be very practical, we did manage to find a surface to store all our travel items. The bed was broad and sturdy enough so that one could sleep without disturbing the other.

The mattress wasn't too soft or too hard, but it could have been a little bit more springy on its texture, (even though the it wasn't the type of matress with springs) to offer more support for the back.

Staff was very helpful. I chose the location to be close to the course that I attended and found out there are sights, restaurants and experiences to be found in abundance in the area.

For some odd reason it always smelled of cigarettesmoke in the hallway on second floor.

The room was spacious and clean. It was quite and close to Tram and Train stations, which is ideal to explore Berlin. The personnel was polite and very helpful to any of our requests. I don't have an opinion on Breakfast or any other meal since we didn't have any.

Excellent location, quiet, near to the Berlin Wall memorial, good public transport nearby. Beautiful hotel and gardens. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely meals. Beautiful rooms with great facilities.

Everything is clean and room was actually pretty big. Beds are comfy. All toiletries were provided, hairdryer also available.

Shower can easily make the whole bathroom wet. The sound isolation between room and bathroom is pretty bad, barely any. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, as many hotels do.

The breakfast was excellent and had a large variety. The rooms are huge. Try to get a room with a balcony if you like balconies and nice garden views. The staff is kind and happy to talk or help. The rooms were very clean and the general vibe of the hotel is really simple but in a charming way—the orange colored floors and the dining room maintain a charming fresh decor from another decade and the location is directly next to a Main Street, but also a quiet and calm street. It’s both quiet and centrally located, right next to the tram. The beds aren’t particularly comfortable but the mattresses are supportive—your back will not hurt (in fact, the firm mattress helped my neck pain from the long flight to Germany. You should stay here if you like the area! It’s really a good place.

This is a nice hotel where everything just makes sense - the little things really make a difference. The rooms are spacious, it's on a quiet side street, there are plugs next to the bed (for phone charging) and a nice cafe/restaurant looking out onto a garden. Will definitely return here next time I'm in Berlin.
