I liked the location, the hotel looks very nice, the outdoor pool is great, also with its bar, we liked also the childrens pool (there's also inside pool), and the sauna (there are 3 dry, and one wet that didn't work). The breakfast was great, with at least 4 kinds of pastrami and cheeses, 3 kinds of eggs, 2 kinds of sausage/bacon. The beds were also great, comfy, soft and large. The staff was nice but ineffective. See below

What I didn't liked was the room service, although we switched on the toggle, no one came, only after we asked them too. We had to ask every day for towels (we received robes), toilet paper. They didn't clean the room, they didn't replenishe and clean the tea cups, didn't order the beds, didn't vacuum the floor carpet.

I liked how nice the receptionist was, she was making sure that we are comfortable enough, because our room didn’t have a balcony and she was kind enough to move us to another room really fast.

I didn’t enjoy that the pool was closed, because we were looking for a hotel with nice spa and pool and that was a little disappointing. Also we have paid 500lv for two nights and we had to pay 60lv more just for the parking was a little annoying given the fact that it could be included in the high price.

Amazing location with incredible views. There’s a great garden with turtles all around the yard. The breakfast is superb and they prepare for you different varieties of eggs and pancakes. The room-so good equipped with hairdressers, iron machine system and very nice and cozy furniture and paintings. The staff- so, so polite! Admiration about the attitude of the staff! And we have perfect temperature in the room! The air conditioning is working perfectly! It’s delightful and very relaxing stay! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

New hotel, very clean, with nice admosphere. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, ski rentals and 5 minutes walk from gondola station.

Small indoor pool and the spa facilities could be better.

The rooms are quite small but have everything that is needed and good storage space. The beds are very comfortable The breakfast could have a little more variety

The water was not too hot in the shower. The A/C in the interconnecting double room was not working

It’s a perfect location, in the center of Bansko and about 5 min walk from the gondola. There is a shuttle in the morning and afternoon that picks you up/ drop off to the ski lift. The hotel has great facilities- a lovely lobby area with board games, books, you can buy Fast lane ski pass( which has been great during the busy days), Spa and pool, big ski room, a small Kids Club. Lovely staff- everyone from lobby, restaurants, spa, and special thanks to Maria that accommodated all our needs and noticed her being friendly and profesional with all guests. Very good food- breakfast but also Lobby restaurant, a la carte and even buffet dinner. Will come again.

The rooms are cozy, very clean and have everything you may need. Beds are very comfortable too. The SPA is okay and you definitely must try Iva’s massages!! The food in the restaurant is also good and we want to specially mention about Alisher and Boyan who were our waiters in the restaurant. They were super polite and caring. You definitely won’t go wrong with choosing Four Points for your stay.

Excellent breakfast. Modern rustic vibe. New and clean rooms and facilities. Enormous outdoor pool. Perfect location next to the gondola and the pedestrian walkway. With a very tiny almost negligible exception my stay was excellent.

Paid parking. It was off-season and I was not properly directed by the reception to park elsewhere but the hotels' paid parking. It looked like a selling point for the staff. I was told that if I had not paid the parking, then my car probably would have been taken by the local authorities due to the parking zones in the city center. The room cleaning was also a bit inconsistent. The towels were not changed and I had to request couple of times for new ones.

Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel is in perfect shape, new, comfortable, all facilities work and are maintained perfectly. Small,clean rooms,functional with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the wellness center, I especially loved the sauna with a view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, and the Christmas ambiance gives the hotel a special charm during winter. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! Also the location is central so you could get anywhere by foot if the weather is okay :) I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for a future stay!

The hotel has very good facilities, it is clean and comfortable, but the staff/ services are not equivalent (30 minutes before closing timing for the breakfast, we had to ask for refill at hot meals, there was absolutely nothing available; they speak very poorly English or lack training, the guy at the pool explained that he cannot bring the drink to me as he is alone at the bar and this is his second job, he did bring the drink, the worst frappe ever; from the reception they did not inform us about the closest lift to the room, we circulated through the entire hotel just because we did not know there were 2 other elevators we could use).
