Perfect location, clean and pleasant room, comfortable bathroom. The code system is great. A shared kitchen is very well organized, with individual refrigerator boxes with a key.

The number of changing towels is limited for eco-responsible reasons, and you can pay in addition if you want a daily change. I didn’t want a daily change, but during my 5-day stay, they didn’t change my towels even once. I think it is a little bit too eco-responsible.

A very nice place in the center of Niece. Key point of choice for me was a location, it is on one of the central streets, all cafes and restaurants are in few steps, large supermarket in 5min walk. Beach is in 10-15 min distance of extremely pleasant walk. The room itself is rather modest and small but very clean and bed is comfortable (what is important). There's a kitchen in the hotel with small personal fridges where you can store your food, all facilities for cooking, free coffee-machine.

My room had a view on a small street that was a bit busy and noisy in the morning. I'd add some tea bags in the kitchen.

The location of the Share Inn is superb, right in the middle of things and in a pedestrian zone. Everything is easily available on foot but the tram is only a short walk away, enabling access to a much greater area. The kitchen facilities really make this location and access for each room to a personal refrigerated drawer in the kitchen is a real bonus. Share Inn may not have a manned Reception but you have only to use the telephone on the front desk, 24/7, and excellent support is available - your staff are amazing

I really can't think of anything that I didn't like. It is my second stay at Share Inn and the experience was as good the second time as the first.

Very helpful staff, although it's self check-in, there is someone to assist you 24 hours a day. The location is amazing - literally step out into a pedestrian street of restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to everything! The room was not huge, but perfect for our needs. A good size cupboard, with a safe. En-suite bathroom. The communal dining room/kitchen area was so convenient for making our own breakfasts, grabbing a quick (free) coffee.. Although our room overlooked the pedestrian street downstairs, it was very quiet and never too noisy. Just something to note: the rooms are not serviced every day, so if you want this, or fresh towels, it is an added extra to your bill.

This was our second stay at Share Inn. The location is great — close to everything you need. We requested the same room as last time, and they kindly accommodated us. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We really loved staying here, and we hope to be back again soon.

We had no complaints. A few areas could use updating, but the comfort and thoughtful extras like the coffee and ice machine made up for it.

Perfectly located. Steps from the tram station, bus stops, the promenade, the old town. Easy to reach by public transportation. For the price, it was unmatchable!

Facilities were a little dated! The phone at reception looked like it was from the last century and i worried that i would be stranded with no means if checking out. But never had to wait over 10 minutes for communications. Heater worked fantastically, but aircon less well- circumvented this by opening up a window in chilly winter. Not sure how this would work in summer. The wifi could be a bit temperamental but generally worked well!

Air conditioning was needed and worked very well. Clean and despite minimal staff, things worked well. No problem checking in or out with virtual system because of good instructions. Cancellation policy was generous. Room was clean and we had sufficient room. Nice to have a breakfast facility and coffee provided.

We were on the front/street side of the hotel so we could hear activity outside but not too much of a problem. The single elevator could take a while. Getting heavy bags on and off the elevator from the ground floor using the ramp could be a challenge. Although it didn't happen, the ramp could result in injury if someone didn't see it and fell over it. All said, no major complaints and I would recommend this property.

We truly enjoyed the stay! The location of accommodation is perfect, everything is accessible by walk - beach and all must see places are 10-15 minutes away. A lot of restaurants, cafes and shops are just outside of accommodation. The rooms are small, but everything needed was there. There is also a big kitchen with all the utilities and coffee machine which was very convenient. Check in and check out are easy - it’s also possible to leave the luggage - both, before the check in and after check out. We were very lucky that we managed to secure this place for our stay for this price - it was totally worthy!

A bit like a senior version of hostel, with self-service throughout the our 3-days stay. Located on bustling central streets, very close to the old town, restaurants and shops gathering nearby, but no noisy at night and it is very safe. They provided a very large buffet dining area with all the necessary cooking and dinning equipment which are cleaned every day. People can meet and chat with each other from all over the world during the meals time.

There is no one english channel on TV. For hotels that open to tourists from all over the world, it's a little bit unexpected. No matter how many days you stay, there is no free room service, which needs to be noted for tourists when booking.

The property is located at an ideal location with numerous restaurants around it. It's just 5 minutes walk from the Promenade and the Metro station is also at a distance of 5 min walk. Also, most of the nice attractions and old town are at a walkable distance from here. The area is safe even during night time and quite happening because of the restaurants and bars and the environment feels quite lively specially on Friday & Saturday nights. The property offers a shared kitchen with food storage option in locked fridge, cutlery & other utensils and also a complimentary coffee anytime with the available coffee machine. The stay at this property was a true value for money and we highly recommend staying here if you are on a budget travel.
