From the moment of driving up the picturesque entrance on our arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome . From there we were transported into .a world of understated luxury and elegance of a bygone era where nothing was a problem and every need catered to. An absolute pleasure and beautiful experience to stay here with these wonderful hosts Katrina and Brenda.

There is absolutely nothing that I could fault.

Ms. Brenda has been a great host, introducing ourselves - even if it was late at night - to a beautiful locatrion externally but mostly internally. Everything was perfect from the rooms to the breakfast and to the hospitality of Ms. Brenda as a whole

That we arrived later than we hope and as a consequence this shortened our stay. Wanted to stay longer.

Very welcoming. Really was luxury accommodation with very comfortable rooms with beautiful finishing touches. Breakfast was fabulous too. Very relaxing end to our trip.

Nothing about the property at all, it was a little further out of town but not a problem if you’re happy to drive in and there was no problem parking in Oamaru.

A beautifully restored home with class and fantastic attention to detail. Love the wallpapers and stunning bathrooms. You can feel the quality. Both Brenda and Katrina are great hosts, so helpful and friendly . The breakfast was so nice and kept us going all day.

The staff was wonderful. Helped us with bags and our plans for the night. Even used their relationship with local staff to help us with bookings. Top notch recommendations for our following day’s travel too.

Absolutely beautiful...Brenda was fabulous and cooked the most delicious breakfast. The decor and gardens were divine. So clean and stylish. Didnt want to leave.

The owners were exceptionally friendly & restaurant staff were great. Bedroom & facilities were awesome - every detail was thought of & included - shower was brilliant & lighting in the wall. Loved the artwork in the breakfast room upstairs!!

It is a beautiful old building on the outskirts of Oamaru standing proud amongst all the bungalows. The owners have restored Casa Nova with love and character and it is very comfortable

The taps over the basin annoyed me they moved every time l turned the tap on need to be tightened
