The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They make a particular effort with families, so if you're looking to travel here with a young family, trust me, do it! It is so rare to find a luxurious hotel in the UK that welcomes kids, this place really does have it all. The facilities are great, the fact they have a kids pool open all day adjacent to a pool so you can swim as well as being able to take kids in the spa area for a couple of hours a day is a game changer. Food free for under 5s is such a great perk as well.

The location, the nature and the interior were amazing. The selection of activities is also great. I especially recommend to try the falconry! Beautiful experience!

The level of service and staff training did not meet the usual Four Seasons standard. They forgot requests, brought the wrong items, worked slowly, and made many mistakes. The food was also not great enough and didn’t meet the Four Seasons level.

The staff was really nice and attentive, we loved the territory and the room was perfectly equipped. We got a bed and a treat for our dog and the whole hotel is just made for families with kids, our 4-months old was loved by everyone in the hotel, could swim in the pool for the first time. Breakfasts are delicious as well.

La Terrazza restaurant

Beautiful property. Kids club is a small cottage Indoor kids pool with slides Gardens for kids to play Stables with pony grooming for toddlers Room had stool for kids in bathroom, and they added soap and shampoo for kids.

Very outdated spa and pool area. Insects around the pool. Fungus in several areas. Soo many corridors and doors in the spa area. Staff in the restaurants need some training. I almost got scammed. After booking i got a call from someone claiming to be from the hotel from the hotels phone number saying they will send me a link for payment. Then they sent me an email from “[email protected]” with the link. I didnt get a clear explanation about what happened but it did really ruin the time before my trip. Thankfully i didnt click on the link.

Staff were so friendly, it was a very relaxing hotel and the spa was really lovely before it got too busy a 4.

They didn’t tell us at check in about the roast buffet on Sunday and that we would need a booking for that. Wish they would’ve mentioned it at the beginning of our stay. We ended up eating elsewhere outside of the hotel as there was no space on Sunday.

The air rifle activity was brilliant. The instructor was really helpful & really made it a memorable experience.

I think breakfast not being included in the price is a bit poor when you are paying premium for accomodation.

The hotel is located in the countryside, which is very relaxing and recommended. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

The rooms are comfortable and relatively clean. However; the pillows are having strange oder. I ordered 2 cups of coffee in the lobby and i spent 30 mins awaiting my order and 30 mins waiting for the bill.

Loved the hotel grounds. So beautiful and lots of greenery. The hotel provide umbrellas, wellies and jackets for when it's raining. Staff are all friendly and make an effort to use your name when speaking to you.

Prices at the restaurant and bar are not reasonable. Also very high tax charged to your bill. Spa area could do with a renovation.

Rooms amazing, location is amazing, staff were great!

For nearly a 1000 a night, very basic breakfast, average at best! Also spa is nice but doesn’t look to great. Have stayed in a lot better for a lot less. Definately paying for four seasons name a mistake I won’t make again

We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday, the staff made it so special for us! From lovely message on the mirror of our room, to the cake they prepared. We were so lucky to feed four cute Alcapas during our stay as well as part of the half term program. We would definitely come back!
