Check in lady was very helpful and welcoming. Location was good. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was great for the kids. The room was spacious also had sky. Great kitchen facilities. Room was serviced we were busy so it was nice to come back to a clean room. Overall great place for what you paid.

The pillows weren’t great it was like I was sleeping on nothing that was it really everything else was great.

Beautiful staff. so friendly and accommodating. Helped us with instructions to access the lock box as we were arriving outside of check in time.The beds were so comfy. Perfect for a stay over to rest while attending a funeral in the area.

The only wee issue was the water pressure for the shower, but still managed to get the job done, and the bathroom light wasn't working, but used the toilet light to shower.

Very clean and tidy, modern features, sky TV was great for the Olympics. Our sky had a technical issue but the staff replaced it very quickly. Kitchenette had everything you need. Was a nice size and good location. Very pleased

Spa is only available 5-9pm and requires bookings. Would have been great to use in the morning. Also the room could do with a bench seat to put your bags on instead of the floor or dining table

The girls at the wayfarer. Always welcome me and know that I travel from w.a and always make me feel at home. Best place! I'm coming back in December for another 15 days but I missed put on a room. Next time guys I will book in advance with yous next time. Thanks again guys.

Unit 16 - Very tidy and well presented. Had everything a couple needed for their stay. Even had a couple of biscuits which is a nice surprise and a small container of real milk unlike those little brown ones often found in Hotels/motels. Staff were very polite and friendly. Numbered parking right outside the door with outdoor chairs.

One tiny issue raised with staff and stated would be fixed Monday by the maintenance guy 👍 Nothing further.

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, to the pub. The room was spacious. Loved that it had Sky Sports to watch the olympics. My partner enjoyed the spa. Staff was wonderful

No booklet/pamphlets in room to tell you what is there to do around the area. The shower's water pressure wasnt that great and wasnt hot for long

Had no complaints, clean tidy and comfortable, and central to everywhere we were going

Forgetting something in the car and having to walk all the way downstairs back to the car, when this happens 2 or 3 times it's annoying, but it is not your fault, robots in each room would be great????

Location is awesome 👌 KFC right next door and Pak n Save is a short drive away, the township also or could be a great walk. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to dine at the restaurant directly across the road as it was Easter break so it was closed most of the time we were there. We would be happy to return again 😊 Staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Not that we didn't like...But the bathroom and toilet had no blinds for privacy when in use, most of the time other guest kept walking passed so had to use hand towel to cover up the window.

The motel was exceptionally clean and all of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. It was in the perfect location for what we needed to do. The kitchen came in extremely handy with the oven and microwave. Would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Kaitaia - it is close to everything you need, the staff are friendly and the facilities were immaculate.

Although the cross breeze was amazing on the hottest day air con would have been a bonus. They did however supply the room with fans. As a personal choice the beds were too soft for me but my mum loved it!

The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to our venue in town. Attended the market on Saturday morning and this was awesome. I have never stayed in Kaitaia and was pleasantly surprised with all the facilities and proximity to great beaches.

The only gripe I have is the wall lights directly above the double bed in our unit. If you were not careful, you could actually hit your head on the lights. It would be good to move them higher.
