Friendly staff, great to have 2 separate rooms for our family. Staff were very accommodating to our big family group and happily served our dinner out at the picnic tables instead of trying to fit us in the restaurant with all our crazy kids

I managed okay but without having a safety lock/dead lock available I was a little worried about my young children being in a separate room with their own ranch slider that could easily be unlocked.

well booked in thru booking.com they double booked so I thought we had the room but we didnt so stuck in auckland peak traffic we had to wait to get out of auckland to look at accommodation again...however the lovely lady at this resort was a life saver who upgraded us at no extra cost and slotted us in for the night was so greatful 😀 so for this I give their resort a 10/10

The staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant meals were amazing. Be ready for a big serving. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Central location in town. Previous reviews made it sound like the wifi was bad but it was fine for us. Exactly what we needed for our trip.

Showers a little low if you are tall :)

Staff were friendly and kind one went out of her way on a busy night delivered food we ordered from the kitchen to our room when we went abd ordered stuff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was incredible. Plenty of hot water.

It was spotless very clean. The staff were just amazing very friendly and welcoming !!!! The meals were exceptional absolutely outstanding !!!!

The property needs a redo it is very outdated.

Requested a room on the ground floor with 2 beds, was exactly what we needed. Had a microwave which was handy! Abit outdated but that wasn’t a problem we had a lovely stay.

location is really good, the vibe inside the motel and inside the room was awesome. Felt comfortable as soon as we entered. Due to holiday season there was no staff however everything was arranged as per convenience

Cosy unit. I needed a bottle opener, which was happily supplied. Staff were just lovely. Comfy bed and excellent shower. Booked dinner for 9 as we had family join us on our last night. Fantastic meal and service.

The location to town was great as we had work and was close to where we needed to be. The staff was very friendly and helpful that made our stay comfortable. Photos taken were of our meals in the restaurant 😊

The Spa was not available during our stay and when I made the booking it did not mention that.

Our rooms were cosy and we had everything we needed. there was plenty of tea/coffee. We ate dinner at the restaurant. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Generous serving's. The staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming.
