Beautiful hotel. Lovely pools for all. Breakfast was lovely and such an amazing choice of food. Lunch and dinner buffet same. So easy to get around the island from there. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Beds so comfortable and rooms cleaned everyday.. A lovely spa morning. Lovely back and neck massage there.. we were a family of 11 from 3 year to 65... zumba at the pool daily. Kids disco eve. And lively intertainment with the professional dancers/singers. Rooftop pool and views amazing. We loved it all.

Just a long delay in one of the restaurants one eve. 2 main courses were missed out becaise of a new young person taking the order.

Comfortable rooms, beautiful views, great evening show. Location is convenient to explore north of the island, but actually close to everything.

The hotel is really big, so there are lots and lots of people everywhere, not a criticism for the hotel, but I was a bit tired from the crowds. Outdoor pool is old and cold, in need of renovation. Breakfast is the same every single day.

Only 1 drink per person at bat which had very long queues. Could spend all day queuing for drinks. Very silly

Having read some of the previous reviews we were pleasently surprised. We had a side sea view room as booked. Room was comfortable with working air conditioning, walkin shower, fridge, kettle with tea & coffee and two comfortable twin beds. Everywhere was kept spotless and staff were friendly and efficient. The newly opened roof top sun terrace, infinity pool and bar is a game changer with loads of comfortable sunbeds. Sliding sun shades are a blessing. Breakfast in the dining room was always very busy but very well managed. Good selection of international items with constant replenishment. Bus stops right outside the hotel. Overall a very nice stay. Well done to the manager and staff for listening to the reviews.

Absolutely fantastic! The Hotel is based in a prime spot overlooking the Pool and beautiful St Paul’s Bay!

Nothing really ! But if I had to say one thing is that there was not enough coat hangers in the wardrobe!

Room was spacious, clean, and bright. Rooftop pool was really nice. Lobby area was clean and lots of seats.

Check in was a bit chaotic. One couple skipped a queue and the staff said nothing and served them despite having seen the couple skip the queue. The hairdryer in our room didn’t work, asked reception for a new one and the new one didn’t work either. The receptionist was also quite rude when speaking to me about this.

The new hall is a lovely improvement and you can see the investments that have been made. Entertainers are fab X bar staff always helpful and happy x we have stayed many times before and have always had a great stay. All Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much for them. Food is always lovely with a great range of food options.

Aside from the burst sewer pipe, which has never happened before on our other stays over the years, my only suggestion and thing that I found quite dangerous was the floor in the main restaurant. Da vella. It was so slippery from grease... and not just around the food area, all around the seating area. Pool steps are slippery too.

We had a very spacious room (actually for people with disabilities) but the extra space was greatly appreciated as we had a stroller etc Good variety of food and great that there is a 'kids corner' in the restaurant. Location was fantastic - 10 min walk to Aquarium, 15-20 mins via taxi to get to Popeye's Village and Golden Bay. Animation team were fantastic and provided a good variety of entertainment for all ages.

Due to room being for those with disabilities, the toilet was higher which meant our child could not use it. We were told we could change rooms the following day but as we had a travel potty we managed. The day we arrived we were quite disappointed by the one of the members of staff at the reception desk (Abhishek). Being front of house you would expect a friendly personality, but instead his tone was demeaning as if he was irritated by the questions we asked.

Located next to the sea, with great sea view, with an own beach (easy access to sea for a swim, also recommended for bit of snorkeling because the water is crystal clear and there are several types of fishes next to the rocks, water was also very pleasant and even warm all the time), has a very good outdoor and rooftop pool, breakfast was really good as well. The room was nice and clean, well equipped for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for anything. Bed was bit rough but they provided a softer mattress which was really good.

Parking can be a nightmare, especially on Friday or Saturday evenings / early night. But eventually its usually possible to find a free spot in 5 minute walk.

Our stay here was on the whole enjoyable. The staff were helpful and organised a taxi for us despite arriving very late at the airport. The room was spacious and had a fabulous view of the sea as advertised. We slept very well indeed. The hotel is great in terms of the evening entertainment it offers. It is also in an ideal location when it comes to eating/drinking out as well as for the extensive bus system to access other parts of Malta.

The hotel is very insistent, almost too insistent, on the wearing of their colour coded bracelets to tell who is supposed to be at breakfast and who isn't. It's a little extreme and although other all inclusive hotels do this, it doesn't need to be so draconian. Speaking of the breakfast, one expects better quality from a 4 star hotel.
