We didn't have breakfast there as it wasn't included in the reservation, so no comments on that. We liked their support in the open facility to bear a late check-out which wasn't approved but they did keep our luggages and provided a space for shower prior to leave the hotel.

We do understand hotel check-in/check-out policy. I advised we'd be making a check-in by 10pm instead of 2pm, regular check-in hours. I also asked if I could have a late check-out, 4pm instead of noon, which they asked to make a new reservation. I wish they had allowed us to compensate those 4 hours of late check-out without charging a new reservation.

The location was in a nice area we reached everywhere easily by Uber and we walked it to av paulista safley, Visit on a Sunday as it is very beautiful. There was a security all the time which made us feel quite safe. The guy that was there when we checked in at 4 AM spoke perfect English and was very helpful. The Wi-Fi was very good from away room, and the room was big and spacious. We were extremely worried before coming to San Paolo, because of security issues, but we didn’t hit any troubles at all in this area.

We visited in August and the room was extremely cold even with the AC on. In the bathroom there is no heating so it made it even more cold. The restaurant that comes with the hotel has some of the worst food to head in Brazil and rude stuff at the restaurant.

I was able to enjoy walking the Paulista avenue and stopping by nearby restaurants or a supermarket. Unit size was good especially the living room area, which seemed to be larger (or similar) than the bedroom. Breakfast was good for me.

It took more than 30 minutes to finish checking in because the reception was understaffed. But I try to understand since it was Dec. 30.

Excellent location, easy walk, one block uphill to Alameda Santos, two blocks to Av Paulista . Spacious room. If a little dated.Great hotel staff, excellent cleaning service . Laundry available in the property.The property has a comfortable atmosphere.Well equiped gym.Convenience store on site. very handy.

The room looked a little dated and tired, stone counters in the bathroom are heavily pitted and collect water. There was demolition going on daily outside my window, every day an early start at 8 am.A new building is coming to that location.

Great location in Jardin, near Avenida Paulista, shops and banking. a variety of restuarants. The hotelm had a fairly large gym plus a large swimming pool, and outdoor terrace at the rear of the hotel. It also had a convenient restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. Pleasant lobby and entryway.

I had a small one bedroom suite . Comfortable bed,plus black out curtains. However the closet doors were difficult to slide open. The black out curtains came off of their tabs , so allowed in daylight. Advised the front desk. They did send someone to repair , but they did not do a great job. The room is decorated with grey walls, and grey furniture.Spartan feeling.The room looks tired.

HORRIE INTERNET SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING THIS FOR LONG IT SEEMS THE MANAGEMENT IS LEAST BOTHERED TO ATTEND THE CUSTOMER FACILITY. THEY ARE CREATING AUCH ATMOSPHERE THAT , THE CUSTOMERS STOP COMING. IF THEY WONT IMPROVE, WELL NO POINT IN STAYING IF YIU ARE FOR YOUR WORK RELATED VISIT.

Location, value, comfortable

The shower was not draining properly and when I opened the shower door the water flooded the bathroom floor. I told reception about this on my first night and they said maintenance would look at it the following day but no one fixed it during my stay. I had to stand in the shower when it finished and wait until the water went before I could step out but even at that water still came out on the floor

The room was brilliant! Extremely clean and spacious. We had to extend our stay for one day, and the hotel staff were more than happy to accommodate us despite being a carnival season them running at almost full capacity! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Nice and helpful English-speaking staff. Spacious, clean room, very comfortable. Tasty breakfasts (however not a lot changing so during longer stay could be a little boring). The pool is big and clean. Location is perfect.

Breakfasts could be more various as during longer stay could be quite boring. However, overall experience is great!

I had a pleasant stay here and would be happy to stay again. Hotel is in a great central location in a nice neighbourhood which is quite safe. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and functional with no issues encountered. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Waiting for the elevators can sometimes take a while.
