Overall the hotel was nice, clean and airy. The staff were very pleasant but the checking in staff when we arrived were not too efficient. See below

When we checked in we were allocated a room on the 2nd floor and the air conditioning was not working. It was 34°., we arrived on our trike (motorcycle) , we we hot and perspiring so the aiR conditioning was important to us. We complained to reception and they sent housekeeping to the room. She looked at the unit and went to reception so we waited in the room. We heard nothing so I went to reception and they said there was nothing they could do today and we could change rooms tomorrow. I don’t think they would have spoken to us if I hadn’t gone to them. We had to sleep in a room that was like a sauna. Not a good start to a 4 night stay.

Good location (half way to the city center and the Beach) the hotel is very clean (10/10), the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is not included in the price, the price of one breakfast is 17.6 Eur per person, which is a lot considering the quality of the breakfast they offer (the breakfast is too modest for the stated price). Also, on the common terrace of the hotel, which is available to guests, it is not allowed to bring food and drinks that were not ordered at the hotel. I didn't like that, because in the morning I want to drink coffee that I make myself, because I don't like their coffee, and there are no terraces in the rooms, so I would like to be able to drink it on the shared terrace.

Close to the Oceanographic and shopping area. Excellent breakfast. Parking on the premise (16€). The lady coordinating the breakfast the morning of our stay was very efficient in spite of the large group that suddenly flooded the breakfast room.

I hated to see the black molds around the bath tub. The car noise from the street was loud when we opened the window so we had to close it and use the air conditioner.

Amazing location, very close to the main attractions. The bus stop right in front the hotel was very useful to reach the city center, Bio Park, etc. The hotel is great, very clean, the room was very comfortable and we had a great view! The staff was very helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was good, there are quite a lot to choose from, but if you arrive late you will no longer find things to eat. It seems like a race to clean everything up right before 9.45 which was not ok.

Great location, easy to find and underground car parking available. Within walking distance of arts, science, ocean centre or 20 mins walk in opposite direction to beach. No 19 bus stop close by for station to visit old town or beach. We didn’t eat or have any drinks there as lots of great restaurants/bars in the area plus big shopping centre just a street away.

No water in our room on first night but dud get sorted after a few hours. No fault of the hotel but there was a domestic/fight with very loud shouting in the room next to ours at 3am for about an hour. Police were called so it settled down but we were then wide awake and couldn’t get back to sleep. Reception Compensated us with no charge for car parking.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely helpful.

I prefer the convenience and charm of some other neighborhoods in Valencia like El Carmen or Ruzafa but this location was better than expected. A few restaurant options within a few blocks and a short bike ride to the beaches and a short walk to the beautiful Arts and Science area.

The room was spacey and very nicely furnished. The location is very good, within walking distance to the beautiful Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you can get to the beach easily and quickly. Our highlight of the hotel was the breakfast, you get everything your heart desires and the staff is very friendly and constantly refills everything. Furthermore we could park our car in the hotels parking garage, so it was safely parked during our stay.

We did get a parking space so everything was good in the end, but it was a bit disconcerting that we could not get a definite confirmation in advance that a parking space was reserved for us. We received only positive encouragement that there is actually never a problem with too little parking space. The only thing to criticize for us was the air conditioning. You couldn't really regulate the temperature or the intensity respectively you could but we couldn't really feel a difference and it was pretty warm in the room.

Hotel is close to everything. You can walk to the Acqua Mall and really nice restaurantes. Oceanografic and the other attractions of the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias are also close enough to reach by walking. Also easy to take a bus to the beach or city center, bus stops are in front of the hotel, basically. The hotel staff is really nice! Regarding the room: comfortable bed, air conditioner working well, clean and cozy bedroom.

The downside for me were just: 1. The glass (and not lockable) bathroom door 2. The small and not smart TV But it was not a real problem, just pointing they could be better :)

I can't praise the staff enough. From the check-in to the moment we left the hotel, they were so polite, attentive, and willing to meet our various requests. The whole hotel is very nice - lobby, restaurant, gym, elevators, rooms, etc. Breakfast is tasty. The location is good.

The bathroom looks excellent, but the bathtub had some damage, and the shower door is too short; half of the bathroom was covered with water after I finished my shower.

It had amenities in the room like Bath, fridge, table & chairs, room for luggage. Parking available by reservation in their garage. There was a bar, lounge in and outdoor, and the location just down the street from the Science Museum/ Oceanagraphic and other iconic sites was perfect.

There seems to be a humidity problem in the room. Even with the AC on, it always seemed to be humid.
