We had a lovely stay! The appartment is part of a small and well staffed complex with a garden, a swimming pool and a beach club. We did not realise when booking that we would have access to all these facilities. The location is perfect, right on north beach, which is beautiful, and with restaurants and shops on our doorstep. The appartment has a terrace over the gardens, which was very pleasant and peaceful, and a well equipped kitchen, as well as English language TV. It was very comfortable for the whole family.

The deco is a bit dated (although the appartments are very well maintained). One of the nearby bars was a little noisy, but it was not too late. The sunday was a much busier day than the beginning of the week, which was quiet.

Nautibeach is a great location, the beach is gorgeous and the Mayan Beach Club is great! The unit was well furnished, comfortable and clean and it has great A/C. Exactly like the photos, it is well appointed and comfortable. The wifi was strong, and we would 100% stay in this unit again. The pool is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly- we had a great time.

It can be a bit loud at night (but we were there over New Years)- but nothing some earplugs didn't help. I mention it only so someone would not be surprised, but no fault of the building owners or maintenance.

The property’s location is fantastic, right by Playa Norte (the pool is directly next to the beach, the condos themselves are set back behind another hotel but we could see the water from our patio). The property has beautiful landscaping. The condo itself was great and perfect for our family of five (not sure how it supposedly measures only 332 square feet, it seemed much bigger). It had a full size fridge and kitchen with range top and microwave, and the first bedroom had a king size bed, while the second room had I believe a queen and a twin bed. The air conditioner worked very well.

I know it’s not the fault of the property owners but the road to get to the condos is in need of significant repair—it is only half paved and any time it rained it had giant puddles in the dirt that has accumulated over time which you must navigate since there is no sidewalk for the last fifty feet before reaching the property entrance. Some of the ceiling tiles in the condo need to be replaced, especially in the bathroom. The property does not allow non-guests to swim in the pool or even come to your room—the people we traveled with stayed at a different hotel and it was annoying that they could not come to the condo (this seems to be a common policy on the island so beware).

The property was in the perfect location. Absolutely beautiful beach and close to restaurants and bars, also only a short walk from the port so easy to get to. Lovely pool and the Mayan beach bar sells great food and drink with really friendly staff. The apartment was really comfortable and had plenty of space. Isla Mujeres is beautiful and we felt really safe walking around. Was the perfect holiday.

If the price keeps going up, it will be out of our budget. Our condo was supposed to be garden view but it was more parking lot view. A small thing...just not what we expected based on our previous two stays. The person who checked us in was not very friendly. Another surprise based on previous stays.

We loved the location of this place. Beachfront with access to lounge chairs and a very close walk to many restaurants. The room was a perfect size for the two of us and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay. The housekeeping every day was amazing.every staff member we met were very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

The noise on the weekend was very loud because of neighbors (not the fault of this place) on Saturday night we could here club music until 2am. The bathroom was also a little uncomfortable because the size and how wet it would get after each shower.

The location is perfect, the staff was always helpful, and the amenities are ideal!

One night a week the music went on until midnight at the bar venue behind Nautibeach. It was loud enough where it kept us awake even with ear plugs. Nautibeach should ask them to lower the decibels after 10 pm as it was disruptive.

We've been staying at Nautibeach for over 20 years and have also tried other locations on the island and keep returning to Nautibeach as by far the best place to stay on Isla Mujeres. We love the beachfront location right on Playa Norte and the convenience of having both the beach and pool just steps away. It's an easy walk to dozens of restaurants in Centro and groceries if you want to make some of your own meals and have snacks and drinks on hand in your unit, and just a short taxi ride or golf cart drive to other parts of the island too. We stayed in a garden-view unit that was airy and clean, with a very comfortable king-sized bed, reliable high-speed wifi for any urgent work emails we needed to deal with while away, and a well-outfitted kitchen for anything we wanted to make. The security, garden and office staff were all wonderful, and it's so convenient having the Mayan Beach Club restaurant right on site - and we appreciated the return of the swim-up bar this year. Thank you for another magical stay in paradise!

I loved the location which was right on the wonderful North Beach. The hotel provides free beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a nice sized pool too. The staff were working hard and always cleaning and taking care of the garden and surrounding areas. The rooms were very roomy and the beds comfortable. The toilets worked and there was no problem with plumbing or drainage.

The bar and restaurant were fairly expensive and the staff at the bar are very demanding and ask for additional tips. The food at the restaurant is pretty mediocre, apart from the very tasty bacon and cheese loaded french fries. The decor of room could be updated and the sofa in the sitting room was uncomfortable.

The location is excellent! The beautiful beach is right at the end of the pool. The pool was amazing. The room is great.

The receptionist could have been nicer. He was ok, nothing wrong, just pouty. My son slept on the upper bunk which he normally loves and this time he complained. The floor was always sandy and wet. I would put some washable carpets at the entrance and by the beds to help with that.
