The location is good. Great views of the mountains from the room and rooftop. Breakfast was good. Nice to explore the area when the weather is good.

The key card was not working well with the lifts. Another family before us was also having the same issue inside the lift, unable to go up their floor. They were stuck inside the lift for a few minutes between the ground and 3rd floor. They then left the lift, dragging their luggage back to the reception. When it was our turn in the lift, we had the same problem. I'm not sure if it is the way we tap the card on the sensor or problem with the card itself. Eventually, it got sorted out with the assistance of the receptionist. Another issue was the motorbikes noises at night. So choose a room facing away the main road or wear ear plugs to sleep if it bothers you.

The room was comfortable to stay in, nice, and neat. I got the highest level with a nice view/weather and love the big balcony they have. Just wish they could provide outdoor table and chairs too. Breakfast was included in the package, and they served variety food selections for you to enjoy. But I gotta rate that 5/10 for the overall taste. Hotel is in great location to find many eateries spot and convenience stores outside.

No mirror in every room except my one bathroom. I found it troubling to access every one of their facilities, even the lobby, since they connect to many wings. And the breakfast could be much tastier for RM58 per person. The only food I enjoyed eating was their spring roll, dim sum and salads.

The location and the weather were perfect just 10 minutes from the cable car 🚠 the facilities like the pool was amazing and the kids outdoor play ground was great,where my kids enjoyed and the outdoor space was very nice and well designed where you can enjoy walking around

The room was a bit dusty and I suffered as I’m allergic toward the dust ,so it wasn’t that comfortable for me ..one day as well we returned back to the property and we found one room was locked and we were surprised how it was locked as you can not lock 🔒 it from the other side unless you have the key 🔑 and we don’t have it only house keeping they do , we called them and they opened it back for us .. it was a weird condition. in addition the room is not fully privet ,as people walking in the corridor, can see you inside.

I love, it has laundry machine, the gym and the pool. Breakfast buffet selection was wonderful. I love there were shops nearby for alternative foods and sundry shopping and for a little brisk walk after meal.

The rooms in between the pools, most people are using the pool would definitely get wet. I have a husband who is OKU, which I have seated there to let him wear his shoes but we were approach by the guards saying we shouldn't be inside wet and that we should dry ourself properly first. Now they say you are making the place wet by pointing at the floor (the wet was just from the door to one of the nearby seat). Well there was no seat for him to wear his shoe outside, further there was no one using the place. This is the only set back. I understand the guard are just doing their job.

Good hotel, but heater for masterbedroom not working. Technician arrive sooner after we report at receptionist and after technician checked, the heater issue with power trip that need to replace some part and we had been advise to change another room but we decided to stay as tomorrow checkout. Good receptionist name Sofiyatul and the technician guy. Thank you both of you to attend our need. Evening reception name Amirul, when we came to front desk no greeting and no eye contact after we ask where is the nearest convenient shop. Seems too busy with his thing. Finally, found the mart outside the entrance next building. Internet wifi connections at top notch. Maintain and good. TV channel as describe very clear view. Breakfast ok. Swimming pool we cannot go due to heavy rain. Recommended to those wanted to stay at Genting.

What I like most about Swiss-Garden Hotel Genting Highlands is the serene atmosphere and stunning mountain views. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the busy city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is genuinely welcoming and attentive. I also appreciate the range of amenities, including a beautiful pool and modern fitness center, which make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

What I didn’t like about Swiss-Garden Hotel Genting Highlands was the limited dining options on-site, which made meal choices a bit repetitive, especially for longer stays. Additionally, the location, while peaceful, is somewhat distant from the main attractions, so getting around can be inconvenient without a car. Finally, I found that the wait times for the elevators were occasionally long, particularly during peak hours. These minor inconveniences didn’t overshadow the overall experience but are areas that could be improved.

Everything’s great. Location was really strategic because it’s nearby many eateries. Staff were all great - friendly and helpful. Rooms and toilets were clean. Heated swimming pool was lovely too. The lemongrass drink at the reception was good thirst-quencher.

For hotel room, view of genting was good, but for apartment, view of construction was a bit of a let down, but it’s okay. Also, just a tiny bit of smell from toilet even though it’s all clean. Maybe it’s coming from pipe.

The location near food / massage places and the cable car to genting amusement park and premium outlet mall so near only 7 min drive

The hand shower had no controller for toilets !!! They charged 15 ringgit a night for an extra blanket when my son was feeling cold and one blanket was not warm enough . Which is the first time i have seen in a hotel!!!

the apartment is clean like brand new. kitchen is nice but lack utensil, luckily we brought our own. Free WiFi is usable but not fast enough. TV have some local channels and surprisingly clearn & sharp Vision Four channels.

Our only complain is the lift. Although has 6 lifts, 2 or 3 lifts become unavailable during morning/check out hour, the rest of the lift often skipped our floor (we stayed at 25th and highest is 40th), it made us wait for more than 15min. The lift system really need improvement.

Breakfast was okay, local food, some pastries. Location is not too far from GPO, parking is convenient (free and plenty). Room (whole unit) quite clean and new. Nice view of Genting Highland from the unit (directly in front).

Not enough power point and some are malfunctioning. Water drainage in sink is a bit slow (probably clogged inside). No fan in room, no AC in living hall. can be too cold or too warm at times depending on weather.
