great location, nice bathroom

it was hard to find and no info on that you had to go in to and check in in the hotel next door

Excellent apartment. Everything was great but it was extremely noisy. At night there is a club that plays loud music, and during the day there is construction.

i loved the location. it was easy to get around

there were marks on the walls, and it didn’t look like the pictures. hot water didn’t work in one of the bathrooms

Spacious and modern apartment - great communication with the staff who helped with all our questions. Excellent location and close to bus stop to get you around the island

The location is very noisy with a bar downstairs and lots of construction work so I cannot recommend this for light sleepers - I had to buy sleeping pills in addition to my ear plugs! Some balcony doors and windows do not lock at all so the property is not secure but luckily there is a safe deposit box. Strangely this apartment provides all the things you may need for your stay apart from basic things like hand and dish soap.. we bought our own from the supermarket nearby.

Ants in the apartment, was then provided with ant spray, was suitable as we were only staying 1 night

Reception staff was polite and hospitable

(Plum house) Air-condition unit in bedroom had a bad odour. Shower had no warm water Had stayed in another apartment on another floor in the past and was excellent

The property was shocking , nothing nearly was working , the lift wasn’t working they said it broke the day we had arrived , but people inside told us it wasn’t working for the couple of months , the intercom wasn’t working so we had to go downevery time to open the door from the 5th floor , we had two small kids ,one in the buggy , there was vomit on the stairs for about 2 days we wasn’t able to go down with the kids because everything was covered , no towel changing for a full week , air conditioning wasn’t working , dump in the bathrooms,and cctv cameras looking straight in to the terrace and apartment , so there was very uncomfortable , I would never come back there
