Location was very good, close to bus stations that take you anywhere in Malta. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Pool was daily cleaned and it was very nice to spend time at it. Rooms were clean and housekeeping personnel were attentive and respectful of our belongings. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, always smiling. Air conditioning very good quality, it chilled the room fast. Balcony had a nice view to the pool. The area was quiet and safe. Close to the beach. Shops and restaurants close to the area.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, however i would have wished the breakfast was more varied and contain more vegetables, but we did enjoy what was available in the mornings.

Lovely hotel. Great value for money. Breakfast included, which was lovely everyday. Staff were so nice, my room was spacious. Shower pressure was excellent, I was worried I wouldn't fit under it but I did, I'm 5'11. Pool was chilly as its April but so relaxing. There was never crowds or people about which I personally loved. My toddler and I had the best time. They cleaned the room every morning which was fab and it's in a great location. Bed was so comfy and there was a kettle and a fridge in the room. Great vacation. Just be aware that Malta in general has narrow af footpaths for a buggy with sporadic cobbles sticking up ready to launch your kid out if they're not strapped in, and boy is she hilly.

Do not disturb signs would be handy even just for the cleaners to know when the guest is still in the room.

Close to public transport, there are a few small grocery shops nearby, quite a lot of eating choices if you didn't want to stay at the hotel. The hotel breakfast was very good and most of the staff were very friendly.

There was a lot of construction work happening around the area while we were there, a bit inconvenient but not the fault of the hotel. Hotel dinner was a bit expensive for what was on offer. Cleaning staff sometimes forgot to refill coffee and tea supplies in the room and on occasion, removed towels and did not replace them. Strong smell coming from the bathroom drainage holes and had to keep the door closed.

Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The staff were very kind – from the room cleaners to the restaurant workers and the receptionist. About a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, there's a large bus stop from where the northern part of the island and Valletta can be reached very easily.

Unfortunately, during our one-week stay, the Wi-Fi barely worked or didn’t work at all. However, this didn’t ruin our holiday. I spoke with the manager, who is aware of the issue, and they are working on fixing the Wi-Fi.

I stayed here a month ago. The hotel was in a great location for access to the beach. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a small fridge for some drinks. There is also a balcony for the rooms and it was nice to sit there in the early morning and evenings. The pools were a nice amenity available to guests. Decent breakfast options with choice of hot and cold items as well as pastries - though it would be nice if there could be more vegetarian options in the future. The hotel staff were easy to speak with and friendly. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to speak to Simon as well, he was welcoming and kind. He helped us arrange the cruise boat tour, which was a fun experience to see different parts of the island. Great stay overall.

The location of the hotel is near a bus stop which can be used to explore the island. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff(reception and cleaning) was friendly and attentive. The breakfast staff was extremely polite,friendly and efficient. They are doing a great job.

The internet was not working during our stay.This was not a major let down since we came there to explore the isla d,but occassionally i travel and work at the same time and if i encounter a non working WiFi it would be a disaster for me.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was a nice touch to our stay. We used it a few days when we weren't doing trips or beach days. It was well maintained and never seemed overcrowded even when the hotel was busy. The location was good for us as we prefer a quieter area, It was off the main street but still had plenty of places to eat round about and just a 15/20 minute walk into the busy area of St Paul's. The hotel also organised bus transfers on arrival and departure, which made everything a lot easier for us and with a very good price too. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and their kindness and they all seemed like they liked working there, which makes you feel more comfortable staying. Shout out to the housekeeping team they were super friendly every morning.

The smart TV in the room never worked when connected to the hotels own WiFi. We had to hot-spot from our phones.

We had a nice, clean room with a good sized balcony. The swimming pool was the highlight for my son and was very clean as was the whole of the pool area. Two days in we found out there is also a small covered pool on the rooftop although it was too hot up there. Considering it was a busy hotel it was quiet enough in the rooms although you couldn’t relax sitting on the balcony because of the noise.

The dining area was very busy and noisy as there were a bus load of school children staying whilst we were there so they took up a lot of the tables. Generally the staff, and there were plenty of them, were friendly and cleaned tables very quickly which was nice. The breakfast was ok and always replenished, plenty of hot English breakfast options but not a great selection of cheese and meats, though fresh fruit was included. One of the two small lifts broke down constantly but they did get workmen in quickly to try to fix it.

Pool was great, I liked the shade so we didn’t overheat, breakfast was very good great selection , bacon a little chewy though , overall a 10 for food we also did dinner good selection buffet style soup was great a good cross selection of choices

Booked a Day trip from hotel the directions to get to where we needed to go were vague at best and we just kept asking people along if this is where we needed to be finally four a tour operator who checked our ticket to let us know where to go , there was no location on our ticket to where the PICK-UP was , the hotel doesn’t have direct pickup or drop off for tours

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to everything we wanted to see and do in St. Paul's Bay. Our room was impeccably clean, which we really appreciated. The breakfast staff were also a highlight – they were always friendly, efficient, and made our mornings enjoyable. We especially loved having a balcony, which provided a lovely spot to relax and take in the surroundings. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
