I had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, very central with a metro station nearby and on a street lined with high-end brands. The design and ambiance are charming, the hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floor of a renovated building with art-deco features. The staff were helpful and welcoming, providing an informative introduction during check-in. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a mini fridge, Nespresso machine, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. The bed was large and comfortable.

The shower area could use some improvement, particularly the rusty showerhead. On the first day, I had to wait about 10 minutes for the water to warm up, which was a bit inconvenient. However, once it did, temperature was consistent and no issues on the following days. Some variety in the breakfast buffet would be appreciated, as it becomes repetitive after a few days.

The hotel is just perfect! Located in a great spot, right next to the beautiful opera and very close to the underground. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed. It was such a great experience to stay in a place with a rich history! The staff was amazing. Everyone were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. We’re truly grateful for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We hope to return again - more than once!

The rooms were beautifully decorated. We wanted to experience a traditional Budapest hotel and the building did not disappoint. It has been so carefully restored in an art deco style with so much attention to detail. We loved our room. The reception staff were helpful and kind. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the hotel team had gone to the trouble of decorating the room and providing a bottle of Hungarian sparkling wine which was a lovely touch and very appreciated. It was fun having breakfast in the restaurant next door which is also a lovely building. Being right next door to the amazing Opera House and located on Andrássy St was a real bonus. It was so easy to get around to all the main sights from there.

Nothing really, but would have liked some prepared fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet. That would have made the breakfast perfect.

Nice room in a boutique hotel on the 3rd and 4th floor of a classic appartment building (though there is a lift). Staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Well located with M1 underground just outside as easy walking to most of the sites. Breakfast is available by using the restaurant on the ground floor. Bathroom was clean with lots of hot water. Air conditioning did not working (not on - although it was April) but the large windows opened allowing fresh air into the room. Feels a bit like a private room/appartment as once you have received your key you dont need to pass through reception to access the secure area for your rooms.

Shower was over Bath and we prefer a stand alone shower (minor).

Couples weekend away, arrived late in the evening but well received by the receptionist who took us to our wonderful room. We stayed in the ‘superior room’ with balcony and it was magnificent. The design was gorgeous and the furniture was of good quality and robust. We requested some extra services from the reception (e.g extra wine glass/ironer) and were quickly answered and accommodated. The balcony was a nice touch but because of the high walls we had little view of the street. The breakfast was included in the price and while the callas café’s design is very beautiful, the staff working there was negative, cranky, and unhelpful and the food was stale and the coffee machine was bad. I would recommend booking without breakfast and enjoying your breakfast in one of the many cozy cafés in the area (for the same or less price). On our last day, the receptionist also kindly organized our trip to the thermal baths while we could leave our luggage behind. Overall, great stay in this unique and exceptional hotel.

A main location in Andrassy street with its beautiful buildings and vicinity to restaurants, cafes and shops. A beautiful Art-Deco building with periodic features. Welcoming staff both in reception and dinning area. Good size of rooms. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom and generous amenities. Good breakfast.

Air-conditioning was not operated, although Booking.com's site indicates the hotel has air-conditioning. Our rooms were in the top floor and the heat was hard to support. Pillows were not comfortable enough.

The hotel is centrally located next to Opera House and in front of W super renovated hotel. With no streets names in English, it was easy to find. Rooms are nice, nice bathrooms, tea/ coffee in room, refrigerator. Big elevator . Reception was on 3 rd foot, not easy to find. We also got a bottle of champagne in room from hotel for New Year

Theas use metal key with big leather pocket for the room and electronic key to enter hotel and your floor - so you end up carrying that. Nice restaurant for breakfasts but opens at 7:30 and you need to leave hotel and go around the building to enter it - in freezing weather not nice. The entrance near hotel to restaurant was closed to hotel guests

We loved the central location. Excellent for getting to the attractions and the hop on hop off bus stops directly opposite. It is right next to the Opera. Rooms were decorated really nice and spacious and had a little balcony. Lots of nice touches. Such as Nespresso coffee baker, snacks, water, toiletries. Would recommend a stay here. Staff were lovely.

It wasn’t until we arrived that we found out they were rooms in a big building on floors 3 to 4 floor. Breakfast is served in the Callas House restaurant which you had to enter outside the building on the side. Yes there was a Buffett breakfast but basic compared to other places we have stayed. There was no bar to have a drink in the evening you would need to go elsewhere or in the separate Callas House restaurant.

The hotel is in a neighboring building to the Opera House. It occupies the third floor of the building. There is an elevator. Friendly staff. Very clean. In the room Nespresso coffee machine, 4 capsules of coffee, tea, honey, bottle of mineral water 0,7. Breakfast is simple and it is included in the room rate. There are comfortable slippers and bathrobe. Thank you hotel management for the opportunity to be a guest of your hotel in January for a very nice price. And now I have a favorite hotel in Budapest where I would like to stay again and which I recommend to others

Great location. Good breakfast. Nice and big rooms. We had a wonderful terrace in our suite. Clean and calm.

On my daughter’s Bday (31/10), there was the woman at the reception that wasn’t nice. I asked if we can have Prosecco to celebrate the Bday as we did a day before for me, and she gave me that look. I can pay for Prosecco obviously but the day before the other 2 people from the reception brought it with glasses and smiling. I found her attitude for this bottle was below the hotel nice atmosphere.
