The staff was super helpful with everything, their service was TOP! No think bad to say about this hotel i would definitely recommend it to anyone who are planning to go to Medellín, Colombia! The variety at breakfast was also amazing! Cleaning staff was super fast qith the services and it kept smelling amazing in the rooms! The two young-adults boys at reception i remember one of them their names: Jhon i think it is you were super helpful with providing us information and arranging Taxi service for us. Keep doing the good work! Once again thank you to all the staff of Lettera Hotel for making our stay one to never forget about!

Despite a mini hiccup upon arrival, everything was handled quickly and to my expectations. Incredibly kind and dedicated staff, from reception to restaurant service. With a special plus for John and Walter who were more than fantastic. The staff is definitely attentive to your needs and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Superb hotel. Impeccable cleanliness, the bed is comfortable, very nice room, hot water, almost silent air conditioning and the rooms are well insulated. The breakfast is superb, it has everything and more. The location is super beautiful, surrounded by trees and waterfalls. A good walk on the other hand to get to restaurants and where there is action. But everything is done well with a taxi in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect. Thank you for everything Leterra Hotel.

The location of the hotel is pretty good and yet in a very quiet neighborhood so u sleep well, the hotel's breakfast is decent and the staff overall is amazingly helpful. They even exchanged money probably one of the best rates which is unlike hotels. the beds are comfy and having a balcony and a green and mountain view was just amazing

if you dont take uber can be steep walking back and forth. there is no gym ( I know its written but if only it had a gym) not much else about the hotel that is wrong

Breakfast had some different options each day a good thing There was no mineral water only fruit infused There was an option to eat outside Very strange was the inability to charge any extra like a special coffee to your room

Very little water was provided free they charged for water we had a beautiful duplex room over looking tropical tree view on the 6th floor but all night there was a banking noise I think from the elevator

The service was wonderful! Walter was there every breakfast morning to make sure things were perfect whether we were on the terrace or at a nice table for three in the casual diner. Ludwig was constantly attentive and respectful and helped us when our daughter needed medicine from the farmacia late at night. The rest of the team made us feel like family and remembered our daughters name and helped her to her seat and made her feel special with bubbles. I really felt welcome and at home in the garden of Poblado. Close to amenities and restaurants. A cheap and fast taxi ride to the town center. I can’t say enough about how much we liked it.

The buffet breakfast was the highlight of the stay with great tropical fruits and cakes on most days. The food was also excellent when I ordered dinner there. Most of the staff were quite helpful.

The hotel is a 25 minute walk UP HILL from the Poblado park. I did not realize that the hotel was this far from the commercial area. Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue in my room for the entirety of the stay which prevented the toilet from emptying properly. A maintenance person attempted to fix the toilet but was not successful. I guess I could have requested to switch rooms but was too lazy after settling in. The two elevators in the hotel were tiny and there was sometimes a wait for an empty one.

We speak English. I like Ludwing and the young guy at the front desk…..the best. I like most of the kitchen staff. Forgot there names….I think Roberto, Alex are two names and the young lady that always ask for your room number, she is just great. Staff is really great except that rude bartender. Like that front desk and kitchen staff spoke English or at least a little bit of English. Staff made an effort to communicate despite the language challenge. The hotel is modern and is clean. So no issues there.

The bartender, very rude over a drink that I asked to charged to my room. He basically embarrassed me over a $15.00 drink. Also would love if the room had a standing mirror.

Very well maintained hotel with modern amenities. The staff is really the best part part of the experience of staying here. They will exceed you're expectations. Aside from that the location is perfect. It's close to everything but located in a tranquil area.

It's not that I didn't like it, but I wish they offered different menu options.. perhaps more choices.. and change the menu every once in a while. I stayed here 5 months ago, and the food options are still the same.

Beautiful and modern hotel, comfortable rooms, good location, good breakfast.

Went with my husband and only got one room key. I requested a second room key and was denied twice, which is the first time I've been denied a room key per guest ever. Totally ridiculous. The room key controls the room electricity, so when my husband would go to the gym at 5:30am the option was for him to take the key and leave me with no electricity or A/C, or for him to leave the key and knock when he got back before 7am in the morning and wake me up. Come on, I was on vacation and in no mood to get up early which could be easily solved with another key. Can't understand.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area away from all the noise of El Poblado and situated on a cul de sac so hardly any traffic. It is easy to walk down into town but uphill all the way back. It is in a very safe area. We were on the 10th floor with good views over the city. The room was well sound proofed from both internal and external noises. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good with lots of choices for both hot and cold dishes. Plenty of fresh fruit was available. The staff were very welcoming helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Medellin.

Like so many hotels in Colombia there is no drinking water provided and no kettle. The shower, whilst powerful, ran very hot then very cold throughout without touching the controls. This happened irrespective of the time of day.
