Bristoria Hotel - Pleasant Stay My stay at Bristoria Hotel in Erbil was an outstanding experience, marred only slightly by its location. The first thing that stands out about Bristoria Hotel is their commitment to service. Upon arrival, we faced a minor hiccup - my partner and I were mistakenly assigned a room with three beds. However, the staff rectified the error promptly and efficiently. In a matter of minutes, we were relocated to a double-bed room, an upgrade from our original booking. Moreover, this new room featured a balcony which added a beautiful touch to our stay. The prompt service and complimentary upgrade left a lasting impression, demonstrating the hotel's dedication to customer satisfaction. The room itself was meticulously maintained. Clean and comfortable, it provided an ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring Erbil. The balcony added a charming touch, allowing us a view of the cityscape in the quiet of the night.

one slight disadvantage of the Bristoria Hotel is its location. Nestled in a quieter part of Erbil, it's a considerable distance away from most of the city's prime attractions. This made commuting slightly inconvenient, which we felt took away a bit from the overall experience.

My stay at the Bristoria was exceptional because of the people who worked there, making me feel so welcome and at home. It was my first time in Kurdistan and without knowing much, I was able to make the most of my few days in Erbil with so many different and rich experiences, thanks to Haider who was so amazing, professional, beyond helpful and friendly. On top of this, the hotel services and facilites are top notch, food offerings are good, with breakfast spread in particular really providing a great range, comfortable beds and modern gym equipment. All in all a wonderful stay!
