The staff was really good, and they dealt with an issue we encountered very professionally. They also helped arrange airport transport and overall, they were nice and helpful. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room has the best hair dryer I had while on holiday. The location is great.

Depending on other costumers reading the instructions about the check-in after hours, there can be noise. Otherwise the place si really good. Better toiletries would have been a bonus, but they were provided without extra charge, that was good.

The location was great. The reception area is very nice and it has tea, coffee and water. Also the dining area has nice table games.

It showed me iťs possible to book a room with 3 separate beds. In reality it was 1 large uncomfortable bed with 1 uncomfortable sofa. The sheets of the sofa had some strange spots on it. The room was very cold even the heat was on full power. On the last day when we were about to leave the building, we couldn’t, because the door of the building was broken.

We only stopped off in Krakow as we were travelling back to the UK from Ukraine, it was literally just an overnight stop. The property was conveniently located near the old town and was easy to access out of hours, with the clear instructions provided. The property is fairly basic but was comfortable and clean. There is a little communal area with drinks (water, coffee etc). The train and bus station is not too far and a Uber/bolt to the airport is extremely reasonable. This property was absolute bargain, we booked a double and it only cost 36!

Check-in was very easy, everything was explained and the key handed over. We were taken to the room and showed the facilities. The room was quiet and clean, basic but had everything we needed Very pleasant stay. The fridge in the corridor was much appreciated

Although there was a space for making tea, we felt it would be better to have a little kettle in the room.

We had two room apartment for 3 people, and 2 person room.It was a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was equipped enough to make small breakfast. There was even coffee,thee sugar etc. Perfect location,close to Kazimierz and the market square. Shops, restaurants close by, but in a very quiet neighborhood. Super friendly and helpful stuff. We will definitely come back.

It could have been cleaner and the blankets were very thin. But not a big issue.

Absolutely loved this property. I’ve never stayed in an aparthotel before so was nervous, but the place is fantastic. The room was a perfect mix of modern and cosy. The staff were really helpful (let us in our room early as it was ready and got us a taxi sorted to get to the airport). Great location and easy to find. Super comfy, a slept so well! Would recommend 10/10

Perfect location, I walked easily everywhere. For the price it was a very pleasant stay, only the kitchen is shared which I didn't really need for my stay. Everything was clean, the size of the room was big and checkin/checkout was also easy.

The walls and floors are really paper thin as this is an old building. When people on my floor in the nearby rooms were walking, I could feel it in my room. Same with the noise but I was lucky and there were no noisy people during my stay.

Was a good location, wasn’t far from everything, shop round the corner. Had everything we needed. Scooters outside the building and nothing was more than 20 min walk away. Was very secure.

Took us abit to figure out how to use aircon. Got it after awhile but haven’t used air-con before so instructions would be helpful. However not a massive thing as we figured it out after abit.

The property was in a fabulous location and the pick up and drop off was prompt and easy. The shower was great and the bed comfy.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. If I had to pick something it would be being good old English, the breakfast choice was a bit odd! There was toast and cereal but there was a pre packed salad for breakfast, but we are toast and cereal and kept the salad for lunch, the salad was really lovely and fresh though so not really a negative more of a win win!!

I'd definitely recommend this aparthotel for staying in Krakow . There was everything you could imagine for a short stay.

It wasn't a big discomfort for us but maybe other people willing to stay here should keep in mind that apartment can be located on the second floor without an elevator.
