Communication was on point as far as directions and how to retrieve the key card. The place was clean, and very peaceful day and night. My room was cozy with nice big balcony and a great view of the Fort up in the hill. The area was safe. The shower was great with hot water and nice shower pressure. The kitchen facility allows you to prepare your own food. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster but no stove nor oven to cook in.

The parking area is about 2-3 blocks away and i had heavy luggage which was a little tough. Also, No elevators so again, getting the luggage up to 3rd floor was tough. The restaurants are a little farther away and you have to go up and down a hill.However it was manageable since i"m fairly fit.

Closely located to the centre of the town, the accommodation was spacious and fulfilled our needs. The private bathroom was clean, with a spacious shower. There was a shared kitchen with a fridge and other equipment. The hosts were easily contactable and were communicative. There was a reception desk but this didn't seem to be staffed (maybe it was just one weekends).

There wasn't a lot to disklike. The accommodation is a hostel and so there are people in the building coming and going but that is to be expected. It was as described and as expected.

I stayed in a private room. It was very clean and comfortable. It was recently renovated. The room had a space heater which you can switch to fan only and it made it much more comfortable to sleep.

It's a bit of a hike from the main area of Angra. The hot water can take a long time to warm up. Sometimes it was right away another time it seemed like 10 minutes. Though once it heats up it stays hot.

Wonderful, super clean hostel with very friendly host. The dormitory has a huge balcony with an amazing view all over the island. It’s facing West so in the evening you have a lovely sunset. The hostel offers a lot of good brochures to explore the island. The beds are comfortable and super clean. Recommended!

The hostel uses a lot of perfume and as I am allergic to fragrances that was difficult. I prefer female-only dormitories.

Beautiful boutique accommodation, in a quiet road, a few minutes walk from the centre of Angra, many restaurants, and the beach. Exceptionally clean, and the whole place smelled lovely with a wonderful fragrance. Our room had a private balcony which was perfect for relaxing and admiring the view down towards the sea. In the bright, airy room the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower was excellent too. There was a fan provided as it did get very warm being on the top floor of the building. Breakfast was buffet style with various breads and cereals, and a charming little terrace balcony to enjoy it from. The staff were delightful and friendly, especially Fabiana at the reception, who provided us with lots of great tips about the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Be aware the access to the reception is up some stairs on the first floor of the building, and the room may be on the second floor, so a bit tricky with heavy luggage. Although there is parking available on the street outside, it is chargeable. The nearest free parking is a few minutes walk away, but quite difficult to walk on the cobble streets with a trolley suitcase, so I recommend unloading/loading luggage outside the hostel then moving the car.

The receptionist was wonderful; friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect, right near the city centre but next to Monte Brasil so perfect for going for walks and with an amazing view of the sea just 30 seconds away. The room was very clean and comfortable, the only downside being it was a little small, but there were many windows so it was really nice and airy. The bathroom was nice and the generally everything was very good.

Fabiana was there to meet us and give us information of many places to visit and to eat, she has a lovely and friendly personality and a pleasure to deal with. She assisted in renting a car for us, a necessity in Terceira. The hostel and room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The shower and bathroom in our room was spacious and good water flow. The included breakfast had tea and coffee, choices of breads, cereals, juices, cheeses and ham, and fruit. The hostel was central to the town, everything within walking distance. Free car parking is two blocks away, I suggest using the higher of the four car parking areas as it was closest to the hostel. We enjoyed our time at Casa dos Reis, thank you.

The room, the terrace and the bathroom are spacious. We could use the common kitchen, which is well equipped and organized. Close to the hostel there is a free parking, if you get there by car. In 5 minutes walking you can be at the beach and in the centre of Angra. The check-in and check out are to be done by yourself, though a key box.

I had alreday stayed in this hostel and I one of my favorite things in the six bed room is the huge balcony. Plus there is small sofa. And the bathroom is huge, the showers are warm and with a lot of water pressure, And the staff is very helpful and friendly. here is a reason why I didn't even look for other places.
