My stay at Home Suites Hotels Rosebank was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional service made me feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully furnished, and designed for ultimate comfort — a perfect balance of style and homeliness. The hotel's location in the heart of Rosebank is ideal, offering easy access to vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment options, yet maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere inside. Carpeted rooms

We stayed at Home Suite Hotels Rosebank for four nights and had a genuinely great experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient—even though we arrived quite late in the evening, we were warmly greeted at reception and shown to our room straight away. The team gave us helpful information about the hotel and even tried to assist us with ordering food that first night when the restaurant had closed. We stayed in a standard room, which for the smallest option was still spacious plus clean, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cosy, and the room included tea, coffee, a fridge, WiFi and a TV with Netflix etc. We also had access to a shared balcony, which was a lovely extra and gave us a bit of fresh air and space. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided if desired. The vibe of the hotel is modern but relaxed. It seems well suited for business travellers in mind, but also worked perfectly for us on a leisure trip. The location is excellent—set in the lovely area of Rosebank, just a short distance from the mall and various entertainment spots. We felt safe the entire time, with and the security staff were friendly and professional, just like everyone we met. We didn’t try the breakfast, but we did order dinner from the on-site restaurant and snacks, and the food was really good—delivered promptly to our room. A real highlight for me was the personalised welcome gift they left for me on arrival, tailored to my own profession and hobbies. Such a thoughtful touch and something I’ve never experienced at a hotel before. And of course, Hazel and Maggie—the hotel’s two adorable dogs—were the sweetest surprise. Friendly, well-behaved, and such a cute, homely addition to the hotel. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for solo travellers, couples, or business trips. There are larger suites available too, which would be ideal for longer stays.

The hotel was very comfortable with good facilities and comfortable beds The breakfast was excellent with the option of freshly squeezed juices and eggs, oats as requested. We also had dinner with soup, pizza and pasta and the quality was very good. The staff were very helpful and cheerful The staff at the front desk were very helpful and organised taxis / uber for airport, sightseeing and the Sandton mall We stayed here on the way into and out of South Africa

We could not go walking around the area near the hotel as it was not advised due to petty crime like phone snatching. Of course this is not in this area only but across the town (no fault of the hotel!)

Location is great. Not too noisy even though situated next to a busy main road. Rooms are very spacious and modern. The tea and coffee amenities are amazing!! The hot cocoa was delicious.

The breakfast felt a bit unorganised. The staff was not prepared and we had to ask for sets of cutlery multiple times. The poor one guy was making fresh juice for a table of 4 - for the entire time we were there. I asked for our dirty crockery to be removed which was also not done. Food was tasty yes - but it didn't create the homey atmosphere because the service was lacking.

The location was particularly good. The neighbourhood was very safe, compared to other areas of J'burg we visited. We could walk freely to the local shopping Mall (10 mins) and we used Uber for further exploring. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were particularly attentive. Our room was very spacious and quiet, and the bed and pillows very comfortable. We would highly recommend the Rosebank, Home Suite Hotel in J'burg, it was excellent value, and we will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was wonderful and we even stayed in our last night and had dinner there. The food was great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The security guards outside were also very nice and helpful as well as friendly! Really made us feel secure.

The only downside was the lighting in our room was a bit dim in some spots. The bathroom lights were located not near the bathroom so that was a little annoying but otherwise it was a great place

Home Suite Hotel Rosebank is one of these unique smaller hotels with a specific character that makes travelling special. The interior layout with its many textures and great colour combinations makes one want to stay just one more night. Cleanliness is second to none and - believe it or not - we have finally been able to replicate the standard of "an excellent mattress" by comparing with Home Suite Hotel Rosebank's perfect beds!

We experienced a couple of worrying mishaps with the room and kitchen staff and addressed them with the reception. Breakfast comes out slow, especially when the dining room fills up.

Awesome and friendly staffs; excellent communication (fast responses via WhatsApp); best host (Maggie & Hazel); amazing breakfast in Rosebank area; best team/services at the breakfast; heavenly comfy mattress; best sleep; super clean room; best shower experience (super awesome water pressure, sustainable/non single-use toiletries; great shampoo..); modern & sleek room decor; great coffee and tea in room; the steak and food we had for dinner at the hotel is much better than The Grillhouse Rosebank (a 5 stars restaurant) ;

rooftop bar is currently closed but you can order drinks at the restaurant on the ground level and have drinks anywhere as you please;

Well located in Rosebank, our second stay here. There is something about this place, it feels so homely from the greeting at the gate to the breakfast staff. The rooms are quiet, super clean and amenities upmarket in many ways. Very comfortable large bed, water pressure and large rooms. The restaurant makes a great breakfast and has lunch & dinner. Professional staff, friendly and great value for money. Our new and only choice for JHB travel. We'll done
