Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a fair size and beds are comfortable. The ensuite is large with a good shower. Quiet and safe area, only a two-minute walk to the main streets. Airport shuttle bus 6000 drops you at Namdaemun Market, two min walk, or the airport train to Seoul Station is a 15 min walk. Myeongdong night market is a ten-minute walk. I booked 3 more nights on my return to Seoul. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

the room is clean and good size for 2 persons and enough space for luggage. The hotel is close to Myeong Dong 5 minutes walk.. to get to the hotel from the airport is very easy on 6001 bus from Incheon and stop in front of TMark Hotel.

Staff were very attentive and friendly, promptly helped to resolve issues regarding luggage and check-out times. Location is extremely central, rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel had more facilities than expected (washing machines, rooftop garden). Excellent value for money!

Although the location is very central, the hotel is located in a very sketchy alleyway. Did not feel safe walking outside late at night.

Reasonable size room with comfy beds. Kettle and fridge, TV had English channels. Bathroom was great with excellent shower. Free coffee and water in lobby area. Lovely rooftop terrace with view of Seoul tower. 2 minutes walk from subway.

Couldn’t fault it

We used luggage storage after check out. When we cane back in the evening, noone told me that my charger was left in the room, Unfortunatelly I realised that at the airport. It happened before to me, in other hotel, and the stuff gave me the charger when we came back for our luggage. That’s why I was surprised that if you forgot something in the room after check out, it just disappears.

Great location! Close to Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong area. The rooms were super clean. There was some snacks for breakfast in the morning.

The beds were hard. I booked the place thinkning there was a free taxi service from airport to hotel, however, there wasn't and possibly a mistake on my side. The rooms were a bit small.

The hotel is situated up a side street so really quiet but only minutes from the main road / metro / shops / market / restaurants etc. The hotel is excellent value for money and very clean. The rooftop garden with views of North Seoul Tower was a highlight. En suite to a very good standard and room cleaned/towels changed daily (ideal as 34C when we stayed). Access to free washing machine and tumble dryer was a bonus. Room has mini fridge with daily topped up water in room. 50 yards to convenience store. Lastly, the receptionist was friendly and courteous. A great stay.

The hotel was perfect if you are travelling with friends. They were able to accommodate 3 pax albeit 3 single beds. The room is a bit tight for 3 people - you really can't walk around but the location makes up for it. It is close to the train station as well as walking distance to Namdaemun Market and Naman Tower. They have a lovely rooftop deck that's perfect for evenings with a view of the lit up N Tower!

This Hotel is a 6 minute walk from the Hoehyeon Subway Station exit #7, so you are able to easily get there from both airports. Free 24/7 espresso coffee and a lovely choice of Korea breakfast breads. A big plus for us is that tours will pick you up from Lumia Hotel.

We had no dislikes.

Room was clean, bathroom was good and the cafe and water and coffee making facilities were helpful.

The room was quite stuffy and retained a funny smell. Staff were okay but we did not see them much. We could not get the channels on the tv that the hotel listed which was frustrating.
