The hotel was beautiful and the rooms clean and tidy with floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful city view. They even gave us a late checkout which was highly appreciated. The room service was impeccable and delicious. Check in and check out was smooth and pleasant. Area around hotel is cozy with Myeongdong only 10 minutes away by subway.

Luxurious stay but didn’t feel 5* in some aspects: -chargeable vanity kits and using the environment as an excuse -no access to pool and gym after checkout -access to pool and gym through a guarded checkpoint -mandatory use of a swimcap in the indoor pool -outdoor pool extremely crowded -no drinks in the pool lounge area.

I was so impressed with the services, the Korean hospitality, the location with great view of Han river. I got a room with river view and it worth every single dollars to have great views. The sunset and the nightlight was mesmerizing. I loved the area and I did walk across Mapo Bridge to Yeouido side to see Cherry blossoms. Hotel breakfast was the best, good fresh ingredients and delicious. The other thing that I love was good air conditioning that I can adjust. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was luxurious. I will come back for sure, to stay here was the best choice of my trip.

We had an amazing 5 star stay! I can't recommend Hotel Naru enough. This stay was a top highlight during our time in Seoul. Overall - It was a luxurious experience. Hospitality and service was top notch and everyone was warm and attentive. The hotel delivered a classy yet chill vibe which meant we had a taste of the high quality luxury hotel experience. Room - We were upgraded to a Han River view room (from a city view) which we were grateful for. The sunsets was one of the best views in Seoul. Room was spacious and bed comfy. The bathroom was spacious as well and we loved the bathtub and rain shower. The room is also fitted with high tech facilities and had lots of storage space for clothes or luggage. Dining - We ate at the Lounge & Deck for dinner and the afternoon high tea. Service was top notch, food among the best we had in Seoul plus a killer river view. Breakfast - Buffet style with lots of Korean, Continental, Japanese and American style options inc hot food like eggs, sausages and cooked meats etc. Facilities - The sauna (hot pool) was great. Plus they have a modern gym and pool. Special mentions - Thank you in particular to Layla (Concierge), Jenny (Voisin Bar) and Julie (Voisin Restaurant / Lounge & Deck). You went out of your way to make us feel welcome, your knowledge of food/drinks was amazing and we really appreciated your professionalism and hospitality

Only downside was that the bidet function in the toilet didn't work during our entire stay despite hotel maintenance attempting to fix it. Front desk staff did try to help by promptly sending maintenance but it didn't resolve the issue before we left.

The room was very clean, the view amazing and the hotel itself gorgeous. The cocktails in the bar were great as well. You can access a lot of shops, restaurants and parks in the area. The staff can speak English and are very friendly and professional. The cafe in the lobby was charming and had a great selection of baked goods.

Basic amenities such as a toothbrush or a razer cost us extra. When you pay the amount we did, you shouldn't have to pay extra for these basics. The Sauna wasn't a sauna at all and instead was a hot bath. The infinity pool was more like a typical outdoor swimming pool.

This hotel deserves a hundred stars! From the moment I arrived until my departure, the hotel provided exceptional care and attention. The bed and rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the interior design was stylish and welcoming. The breakfast selection was varied and fresh, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the concierge team, Mr. Anthony and Ms. Bianca, who truly made my stay unforgettable with their outstanding service and personal touch.

The hotel's location was not ideal, but hongdae street is 30 minutes walking.

From the comfort of the bed, the size of the room wasn't the most palatial, but every single thing in it felt intentional for the guest. The embroidered slippers, the way the curtains "whoosh" open when you first put your key in, and the variety of lighting options (and chargers!) A quick walk to Mapo station (line 6) and the best sunset in Seoul from the hotel lobby (floor 20).

They had us in a city view room, and the front desk staff apologized when I checked in that I booked the "lowest" of the rooms, which was a superior room. I thought that odd. They also put us in a room RIGHT NEXT TO the elevator, so while we didn't hear an annoying ding all night, we did hear the squeaking of the elevator ALL night resulting in limited sleep. Request a different room if you get put in one of the ones next door to the elevator.

It overcharged on a weekend. I made a deal for 5 days and I didn’t realize that they double the tariff for Saturday. It was disappointing since I had made a reservation for 5 days and they should consider this aspect

Be aware of anti - kids policy . the kids are not allowed to use outdoor pool and have no access to bar ( my kid wanted Shirley temple ) . I understand the Korean parent might be the cause of kids not behaving well , not respecting common space but I didn’t appreciate the discrimination against children
