The room was a lovely size, with all facilities including TV and bathroom items. The hotel itself is within walking distance of Place de Catalunya. Breakfast was lovely - we hadn't pre-ordered it and had it once; the price for breakfast (€20) for two people was very reasonable. It was a buffet. The staff in particular were so lovely, very friendly and professional. My congratulations to you on hiring amazing people!

The gym. It was a tiny room with three machines, of which one didn't work. A few hand weights and small equipment would have made a huge difference.

Staff were so lovely and accommodating. The hotel itself was so quiet and serene and the room was simple and clean. The en-suite came with loads of needed things (shaving kit, toothbrush kit, hairdryer etc). The shower was massive and the water pressure was 10/10. Cleaning service was great and came everyday. The metro is only a 5 minute walk away and the hotel was easy to access by bus, metro and taxi. The rooftop pool was so lovely to have and there were always towels provided.

Would have been nice if there were some weights in the small gym (only a treadmill etc provided).

The staff were very friendly and informative. The room was extremely clean and we had our towels replaced daily. The location of the hotel was about 20mins walk from local attractions.

The pillows were quite hard, but they were quickly replaced when we asked the reception for different ones. The TV didn't have any English speaking channels and no way of connecting our phone so we could watch Netflix. The shower head was not positioned above the head, we had to manually move it to wash ourselves. The hairdryer was not working, but it was quickly replaced when we asked the reception for a new one. The tourist tax should have been built into the overall price of the room. We weren't able to use the pool on the rooftop due to repairs and maintenance.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at the hotel. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by the kindest faces and the most beautiful aroma filling the building. Whatever that scent is, I would love to have it in my flat—it was simply gorgeous! Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and it showed. The staff worked quickly to address any issues and provided fresh towels and daily cleaning, keeping the room looking beautiful throughout my stay. The amenities were also impressive, with a well-stocked fridge and a comfortable seating area that was perfect for working remotely. My partner and I were able to work comfortably from our room. Also is located close to walking to city centre and all the landmarks The bathroom was sensational—absolutely gorgeous! Every detail made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. I can't wait to return!

I noticed a couple of safety and maintenance issues in the pool area that could be improved. The glass panels upstairs were noticeably dirty, which affected the overall appearance and cleanliness of the space. Additionally, I found the pool stairs to be quite wobbly. As a slim woman, I felt uneasy using them, and I am concerned that someone heavier might face a greater risk of an accident. Apart from the glass needing cleaning it was beautiful

The location is very good...a walking distance to all essentials

I didn't like that their desk staff wasn't communicating amongst themselves and more than once found myself caught in the middle. The guy (didn't check name, unfortunately) is super...very helpful and easy going while the lady colleague was rather "unfriendly", shall we say? We would agree one thing with the guy only to have the lady coming down at us on the same matter. Most irritating! While the room size is ok, the closet and coffee area are way too small for a shared room...also only one chair in the room? I am not sure about value for money....the jury is out. I suppose its location sells it?

They provided the comfort we sought. The location is perfect—just a five-minute walk to the nearest Metro station. The breakfast is with good options. There are a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries nearby. The laundry and cleaning staff is very polite.

As it's a 4-star hotel, they should provide the amenities as must-haves (eg: slippers, free pool access, free laundry, and some free snacks and drinks. Which were missing, and I had some but had to pay). The reception staff can improve their interactions to a bit better to people who are on-native Spanish speakers.

The hotel is very easy to find and it has a wonderfull location. It is surrounded by amazing restaurant and it is just 5 minutes away from the metro Provenca and 10 minutes away from Diagonal. There are also 2 supermarkets nearby. The staff has been super friendly and the room was spotless when we arrived. Since we arrived at 11 am and the check in is from 3 pm we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel. Even though the hotel is situated on one of the main streets there was no noise. They also booked a taxi to the airport for us.

They had a hidden charge of 50€ for tourist tax which was not mentioned anywhere on booking.com Beds were not very comfy

The rooms were big (for Europe), clean and very modern inside. The staff were fantastic! They helped us with shuttles, tours and sent us more toilet paper as needed. The breakfast that was available for good. There were plenty of restaurants around.

It needed more chairs by the pool. The bath tub tap as a little stiff to turn and we used a towel to turn.

Value, proximity to food and activities. Close to transit, but we were able to walk to most places like the Rambla, Mercat de la Boqueria, and Sagrada Familia. Furthest places would be within 30 min walking if you could manage it. Great, free wi-fi. Staff were friendly, spoke English, and helped schedule a taxi on last day to cruise terminal.

Walls are a bit thin.
