Excellent location! It has all you need in a hotel room, shampoo, slippers, coffee, water and juice in the fridge, hair dryer, steering iron, safety box, large tv etc. Sheets and towels the whitest and cleanest! Nice view of the city from the 12th floor. Friendly staff. Luggage storage before/after check in/out.

Walls a bit to thin.

Excellent location, close to many bus stations, easy access to any point in Barcelona. Nice and very clean room, with everything you need. Excellent breakfast, very diversified, very friendly and polite staff (a special remark to Mr. Carlos Gameiro -Thank you !). Very comfortable bed, linen and towels were changed everyday. Bottles of water available everyday. Air conditioning very useful. Many restaurants-bar around.

Hangers for the towels would be useful. The way the bed lingerie are fixed under the mattress asks an effort for you to take it out when going to sleep (not easy for everybody). And for sure it is an effort for the hotel maid to do it every day.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Barcelona, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is impeccably clean, with great attention to detail—our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day. The staff were highly professional, always friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is another major highlight. It’s conveniently close to many of the city’s top attractions and public transportation, which made getting around very easy and enjoyable. This hotel truly added comfort and charm to our overall experience in this beautiful city. If I ever return to Barcelona, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by good bars, shops and restaurants. The check in was fast and the staff friendly. The room itself was really nice and large, with a super comfy big bed, fridge with chilled water and drinks and a nice sofa to relax on. The shower and bathroom area was also large and enough space for our little daughter to run around! There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, which is perfect to jump on to get to Pl. Catalunya in approx 5 mins, if you don't want to walk - which takes 20/30 mins. Also this bus is useful if you want to get to Pl. Catalunya for the Airport bus (we did on the way home)... of course be careful of the thieves on the Airport bus!!! Staff kindly provided umbrellas in the rain and also organized quickly a clean of the room and fresh towels when we accidently left the do not disturb sign on all day! (Doh!!)

The street noise is a little annoying, I think the sound proofing of the windows could be better. Some windows in our room were overlooked by the fire escape stairway.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. Easily accessible and close to everything. Very good value for money. Good facilities. Clean and spacious rooms. We had a good view of the city. The hotel also provided everything we needed. Nice and professional staff. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t like is the noise. The noise from the street even though we were on the 14tb floor with the windows closed you could still hear the street noise even late at night. But that’s just the city and can’t be helped much unfortunately. The worse part was noise from the staff as our room was next to a cleaning closet we heard the door slammed every 10 mins or so. Thankfully the noise died down at night so you can get a good night sleep. The noise proofing could be improved.

Exquisite hotel. The stay was so amazing and the staff was so helpful. They all gave great suggestions for places to go and eat. It was all amazing. The places they gave us they informed them we were coming. We had exceptional service there. It was the best establishment I have ever stayed at. Thank you to all the staff! The room was large, including the bathroom. Water pot heated up very fast. Enjoyed having coffee when we awoke. Amazing hospitality. Can't say enough. Excellent all the way. You will enjoy every minute of it. Patron was my favorite restraunt they referred us to! Getting around was not easy. From the USA and hardly anyone spoke it. Hop on hop off bus takes you clear around the loop. It's like 1 hour 45 minutes!! We were exhausted, so we got a taxi for 23$. The taxis are the best bet in our situation. Please go stay there. You will be amazed!! I am not paid to write this either!!! Enjoy!!

The room was a generous size, all the amenities were great. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. The breakfast was very nice, although my parents paid for the breakfast at the hotel and it was overpriced.

There is a club lower down that played music very loud until 5am on one of the nights. I was shocked considering it is a hotel where guests have paid to sleep! My family and I were kept awake and we were on the 5th floor! The breakfast was nice but overpriced if you pay for it at the hotel.

Everything of the hotel was excellent . •Location was excellent . Taxi easily available as soon as you step out of the hotel and bus just across the road . •The staff was extremely helpful and always smiling and make you feel welcome . Special mention to Alex at the reception . He was always ready to go out of his way to help you with anything and everything . Always smiling .. I forgot my mobile in their restaurant at the breakfast time and when I went to collect it back 5 minutes later , it was already deposited with the reception . Such honesty from the restaurant staff .Just recall a few names , Javier and jeane both attended us very well at the breakfast . •Junior suite room with view was exactly as described . Amazing view from the window .Room was spacious for three adults . Cleanliness was also upto the mark . •would definitely come back here . • I gave a score of 9/10 just for one reason . The air conditioner could have been a little cooler . Not that it was uncomfortable but better cooling would have been better . They did offer me to change the room but I was pretty ok with the room .

It was spacious enough to feel comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed to relax after a long day of exploring. The room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. I didn’t have the chance to try the food, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else I experienced was top-notch. Considering the excellent service, prime location, and the overall experience, I think the pricing is very fair. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

One thing worth mentioning is the reception area—it felt a bit outdated and didn’t quite match the otherwise high standard of the hotel. While it didn’t affect my overall stay, it’s something the hotel could consider improving. I did notice that the sound isolation wasn’t the best. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which might bother light sleepers.

Centrally located and helpful staff

The keycard to access the elevators was always demagnetized. We had to ask the front desk to always help us get to our floor. It was a bit of an inconvenience. Note that if you want early check-in you'll need to pay an additional fee, so just be prepared that if you came in early and want to check-in and relax, you'll have to pay for it. They do offer to hold your luggage, but if you're traveling from a far distance or carrying excessive bags, then ideally you'd want to stay in your room, but this wasn't possible this time I stayed.
